Come and rest in this cozy home in Balneário Atami! The house offers a nice pool, heated by a solar panel, which is next to the barbecue area. Ideal for relaxing with family and friends! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, and a balcony overlooking a hammock area in the garden. It is 250 meters from the beach, which is clean and quiet, in a safe condominium with 24-hour monitoring, close to a market and an ice cream parlor. The house is pet friendly, and everyone is very welcome to stay in this little corner!

It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house. I have 1 dog in the back yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicle of the front house. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about checkin after 9pm, as they will be evaluated.

The land is private, 150 meters from the boarding/disembarking pier and the main beach; close to markets, bakery, restaurants and other shops. **We do not provide groceries and personal items such as bath towels, soaps, toothpaste, etc.
