The POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates a living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. It is located 5 km from downtown Itapoa towards the port, which makes it a great house to rest. The sea is 400 meters away and has no boardwalk. It is a beach with fewer people, usually in the morning and late afternoon. We have a sandy shore by the sea, but we are also suffering from the advance of the sea.
