It is 1 block from the beach. With 1 living room/kitchen + 1 bedroom (en-suite), it has all the comforts for the guest to save money and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: it has a double bed + a bunk bed in the living room. It's in the back of my house. I have 2 dogs in the yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicule from the front house. The car should be parked on the grass in front of the house (quiet neighborhood).

Virginia is an excellent person, kind, helpful and very attentive. The house is wonderful. Clean, ventilated, cozy, everything very organized, very well equipped. The photos match reality, but being there is even better and more beautiful. The pool is a delight, being yet another attraction. Excellent location in Atami. We will definitely be back.

Perfect sobrado, new furniture and very good taste, nice beds with pleasant environment, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, all perfect, very safe condo and close to the beach. I recommend the experience.

The house is wonderful, even better than the pictures. Everything perfect, furniture and utensils new and in good quantity. Very clean bedding and bedding. The house is new, new painting and electrical installation, all impeccable, which made me feel at home. All air-conditioned environments and ceiling fans as well. The house quietly accommodated 10 people. The pool is great and always clean, because every day in the morning a fishman comes to the house and performs the cleaning with great zeal. Sibele was very receptive, kind and attentive. Check in and check out super flexible. The house and stay are worth every cent. For those who wish for peace and quiet is the best house on the beach. I'll be back with the utmost certainty. I recommend the house of Sibele to everyone. Try it and you won't regret it.

The hosts were super helpful, fast in the answers and very polite. The house corresponded exactly with the ad, extremely clean and with all amenities. We hired the homemade an extra day for cleaning in the middle of the stay, it still graced us with a cake and left the dinner ready. We will definitely pick it up.
