With 1 living room/kitchen + 1 bedroom (en-suite), it has all the comforts for the guest to save money and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: it has a double bed + a bunk bed in the living room. It's in the back of my house. I have 2 dogs in the yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicule from the front house. The car should be parked on the grass in front of the house (quiet neighborhood).

Marcelo responds quickly and provides all the necessary instructions. The house matches the listing. Located in a great spot in Novas Brasília, close to all the beaches in the region, restaurants for lunch, snacks and even inns in case you want to have breakfast out. There were clean towels and linens. I went with my family and we would stay at the house again. The location with tranquility/privacy and a few meters from the beach was a very positive point for us.

Excellent stay on Ilha do Mel. Well-located environment, with a beautiful view and adequate structure. Unfortunately, one of the fans stopped working, so we got hot, but that was just a detail and didn't disrupt the stay. Note 10! Only the bottom fan didn't work with the intense heat.

our stay was great... the house is cute... cozy... hospitable... everything super clean and tidy... if it wasn't for the bad weather, the stay would be perfect.

My stay at Diandra's property was exceptional. The place is very good, the space is wonderful. The apartment is amazing, everything is new and extremely clean and fragrant. I'd live there easily. It's very comfortable, the indoor parking is great. Easy access to the highway, in 10 minutes you are in the center. Everything is close and accessible. I certainly recommend it to other travelers and, as I said, I would live there easily. God willing, I will return soon as the business I sowed in the region begins to flourish.

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was very smooth and agile as well. The internet works very well in the room for work and meetings. We will definitely be back!

The building and the neighborhood are not very noisy. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, within walking distance. Douglas promptly answered all questions.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.
