Vacation rentals with a patio in Ballard

Me and my wife stayed here and the space was perfect for a couple. Great location. Having my own parking space is awesome. Very private space. Host had great recommendations on their guide book!

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay. Renee was very responsive and friendly. Only thing I would have changed was maybe more blankets and towels available. Other than that, everything was perfect !

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

We came to the Central Coast to look at a business opportunity with two kids under seven and two dogs. It was an amazing space. Everything was 100% we will be back and also recommend!

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

I would definitely stay again! Cute place and great location.
