Our favorite spot to stay while in SYV! We will be back time and time again.

We loved our stay on the farm! Jen's darling place is just as described - inviting, private, peaceful, and relaxing. She has many welcoming features, including farm fresh eggs, manchego cheese, wine, coffee, tea as well as nibbles for us to enjoy. The space is thoughtfully curated, cozy, and full of warmth. Sitting outside each morning with coffee, enjoying the animals and the bird calls was a highlight - as well as having a glass of wine at night by her fire pit, admiring the stars and quiet. Jen was very responsive and provided a guide book filled with tips and recommendations (we followed many). We'd love to come back!

This was our 3rd time staying with Meagan in the Ballard Suite Spot. It is a perfect location to get away to Solvang and the surrounding area. Right across the street is the best breakfast place you could find (Bob's Well Bread) and the neighborhood is quite and beautiful, not to mention very close to anything you want to do in the area. Meagan is very responsive and helpful with great recommendations!

This house in Ballard is an absolute gem! The home looks just like the photos and is impeccably designed. Morgan has highlighted the old charm of the house with modern upgrades and every corner of the property is beautifully thought out. We loved the fragrant scent of the jasmine plants surrounding the property and loved every other detail of the home, even down to the bed linens. The location is ideal for a weekend exploring Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and the other surrounding cities. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay!
