House vacation rentals in Bakio

The house is in a beautiful location overlooking a verdant valley and is a short drive to Plentzia. There is a great beach there and a decent Eroski supermarket. Fernanda was a responsive and helpful host who made really helpful recommendations and the house was super comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean with huge amounts of storage. The pool is gorgeous. It’s described as a salt water pool but wasn’t salty at all. We had a great week between hotel stays in Bilbao and San Sebastián.

12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

My experience in this place was excellent from the start. Communication with the host was quick and clear, and check in was a breeze. The place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos (even better!). The location was ideal: quiet but close to everything we needed. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay, like at home. In addition, it was clear that the host cares about the details, which made everything even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for everything!

Amaia’s place was fantastic, I stayed there for 10 days and I enjoyed it very much. I came with my dog and I love that the garden is closed and that he could be free there. She also took care of him and treated my dog as if he was hers :) The apartment is super comfortable, very well equipped, and super cleaned. I arrived on a Sunday and Amaia provided me with some eggs and bread so I didn’t have to go out after a long day of driving. I will definitely come back, my time there was lovely.

Great family stay at Sasha's (estupendo!!). The accommodation is in a great location with direct access to the seaside and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Parking space is a super luxury given the difficulty of parking. It is very easy to shine around Zarautz to enjoy this beautiful region. Communication with Sasha was very easy and we were greeted very kindly by her dad for the check-in process. The only small downside of the accommodation is that the rooms overlook the main street and it can be disturbing at night if you are light asleep (provide earplugs if this is the case). But it's a very small negative compared to all the qualities of the accommodation (well equipped, very good bedding, sea view). We will be back with great pleasure and warmly recommend the beachhouse in Sasha!

Absolutely everything was superb, the house, the amenities including outside, the cleanliness. Eduardo and his wife are extremely welcoming and have few recommendations in the area. Thanks to them, I recommend this rental without hesitation.

Magnificent host from start to finish. Attentive to needs, with its own initiative indicating trails for hiking in the area... He even left us a couple of gifts! Good accommodation, we only spent one night but everything was very clean and the house is rustic, nice and spacious. We didn't meet the hosts because we arrived and left at difficult times, but the flexibility of check-in and check-out was great

Casa Merino is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood in the mountains. In order to get into town (Castro Urdiales) and easily get to other areas of Cantabria, hiring a car or bringing your own is recommended. Pilar was very communicative and there to welcome us when we arrived. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Pilar also readily answered queries during our stay and gave recommendations. We would happily recommend Casa Merino.

I'm considering Bilbao. Does this text seem good to you? Spacious, conveniently located, clean, somewhat lacking in living room furniture (only a sofa without armchairs) and lacking kitchen utensils to cook for six people (cutlery and crockery only for six). A coat rack would be nice for coats.

Mikel was very responsive and met us outside to drive with us into the car parking and to show us around the property.The apartment is as listed and is a short bus or subway drive to the center of Bilbao. Would highly recommended this property.

Very nice house with everything you need and a very nice panorama from the terrace and living room! The hosts are very kind and available and they had prepared a list of things to see and do! Would do it again without hesitation 😊

Small, cozy place with a great view! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and there is a parking space in front of the house! We were very pleased with the communication, we were recommended restaurants and Bego was always available and inquired about our well-being. Check in was easy and went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful location and a great host.

I was going not in Bilbao overnight and chose to stay just outside the city. The house is newly refurbished with clean and functional modern furniture. House has everything included to make you feel comfortable and is really quiet. Ainhoa the host was really helpful, even going as far as to book me a taxi and leaving local food delicacies and oranges for our breakfast. A great host and you won’t regret staying there.

We were very comfortable, comfortable and clean apartment, the street below has a lot of atmosphere, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, parks for the kids... the kids had a great time, Samuel attentive and very kind, that's how it should be. Thank you for everything!!

We traveled as a family, a married couple and two teenagers, the house of the palm trees met all our expectations, the host was always attentive whenever necessary. The cleanliness is impeccable, the living room and sitting area are very spacious and comfortable. Everything is very well equipped, kitchen with plenty of kitchenware, full bathrooms. Impeccable linens, sheets and towels. Very nice views. Highly recommended.
