Laurence is a wonderful host. The apartment was very well-equipped, clean and comfortable with secure on-site parking. Large supermarkets are within walking distance. A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's apartment.The apartment is modern, very clean, and well-equipped. It exudes a very positive energy thanks to the owner's attention to detail. We appreciated that Linda thought of everything and that we found everything we needed during our extended stay. It is located on a very quiet street, yet a short walk to all of downtown Perpignan, 15 min walk from the train station, and a short drive from the beaches. The balcony with a picturesque view of the cathedral garden was a plus that was also enjoyed by our kitty. Linda was a wonderful host; she always responded very quickly to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this place!
