Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

La Tour, a unique, Perigourdine Dovecot. This lovely gite is very calm & comfortable 1 bed gite on two levels with a boutique feel. The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.

The Pavillon at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.

La Petite Maison à la Peyriere is a sympathetically restored traditional stone cottage dating from 1620. Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

The Montravel holiday home is part of a former 18th century wine warehouse. This holiday home faces south on the Dordogne river. From Les Magnolias it is less than a 10-minute walk to the central square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. You will find the bakery, the butcher, a tourist office, a pleasant shopping street and old village center, supermarkets, banks and restaurants and cafes with terraces, bicycle rental at 400 meters and the weekly Thursday morning market.

Accommodating up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms with new queen size beds and 2 bathrooms, you will have access to beautiful open and spacious rooms. Outside, a green garden of 2000 m2 will allow you a bucolic rest. Without neighbors opposite, you will be in a quiet and private setting. A 50m2 swimming pool with large terrace (totally renovated in 2024) is available during the summer season.
