Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Everyone was totally impressed by the place and we are already considering coming back next year. Stylish decor, plenty of space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was all the equipment you could wish for. We are very satisfied! *****

Highly recommended. The house was the perfect size for myself, wife, two teenage daughters, and two dogs. It’s surrounded by picturesque views and located near beautiful walking trails, including one that leads up to a stunning waterfall. There are several good Italian restaurants within a five-minute drive. Garmisch and Oberau are both only ten-minute drives away. The host, Maximillian, was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. Beautiful 2ZKB apartment with surrounding balcony and great view to the mountains. The gondola lift , restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

What a great house this is! We enjoyed! Lovely house, everything you need is there, beautiful garden and surroundings. Furthermore, our host helped us very well when it turned out that we had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. For which our big thank you🙏! You are about 40 minutes from Kühtai, where a great ski slope awaits you. More for the already somewhat experienced skiers. In short: this house, the beautiful surroundings and the incredible kindness of Kristin, makes this a place where we would like to come back.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Alexander and his mother are very warm hosts who care that you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. The apartment is perfectly located: quiet, only 10 minutes' walk to the train station with east-facing orientation and a large window to the balcony for plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes you want to explore the surroundings. The small breakfast is the perfect start to the day! The products are of very good quality. And where else can you still get breakfast in a real AirBnB?! Fantastic! Thanks for the wonderful mini-break! I am totally thrilled and will definitely come back!

We would like to thank Ghada very much for the nice apartment. It was so cozy, nicely decorated, apartment had everything you could ever need. Very good location, everything was nearby. 20 minutes' walk to the slopes. We can only recommend it.

We liked great place for larger groups, especially the large dining table in the spacious living room. Grainau is a super nice city and the location is really great!

I absolutely loved this apartment! As soon as you enter, you can feel the cozy atmosphere. The rooms are bright and spacious, so you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable: shopping 1 min, public transport and restaurants are within walking distance. The landlady Christine is also extremely reliable and friendly – questions or concerns are always answered quickly. I can fully recommend this apartment and would choose it again at any time!

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Super cute cottage. Very clean. We had no personal contact with Cor Ort to Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! Super nice and new accommodation, the location on the mountain and the views are fantastic. The place was extremely clean. There is even the possibility to wash laundry and play billiards in the playroom. All in all, a top place to stay. Birgit is extremely friendly, accommodating and gave us helpful tips for skiing! We would come back any time!
