A trampoline, sandbox and soccer goals are available for shared use.

In summer cool, warm in winter, clay walls and cellulose insulation ensure this. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. There is enough space for four to sleep. Welcome for families, couples, assembly workers. Pets are NOT allowed.

Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay.
