The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Auf 18 qm Wohnfläche wird Ihnen jeder moderne Komfort geboten. Das 1- Zimmer Appartement im Tinyhouse ist mit 2 Betten (ausziehbar) ausgestattet. Die Betten lassen sich mit wenigen Handgriffen in jeweils eine Schlaffläche mit den Maßen 1,60 x 2,00 m umwandeln. Selbst im Winter sorgt die Fußbodenheizung für ein perfektes Klima. Babybett auf Anfrage. Haustiere auf Anfrage. Nichtraucherappartement. Rauchen ist im Garten/überdachter Pavillion gerne erlaubt.

Alice's ♡ vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Private "finch's nest" with mountain views

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), a single kitchen and a small, silent refrigerator (36 liters) that is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, in a niche, is the third sleeping option. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, hairless Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.

Atteltal vacation home

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good
