The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), a single kitchen and a small, silent refrigerator (36 liters) that is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, in a niche, is the third sleeping option. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, hairless Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.
