We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

A very nicely furnished small apartment perfect for 2 people nothing was missing. Information material was available. Communication easy and uncomplicated. Very nice quiet location. great stay!

I came from the clinic and was weakened. In the apartment I was able to relax very well, make small excursions on foot. It is beautifully decorated, actually perfectly tasteful and practical. I felt very comfortable there. After 5 days I was much better. Tom and Gesine were always available via chat. The fact that the guest card didn't work out was due to the town of Bad Aibling and wasn't bad.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, definitely a 1000/10 recommend!!! Markus is the sweetest person ever and you definitely feel at home. He gave us some recommendations outside of the activities we had planned. It’s good enough distance from Oktoberfest, I will definitely be booking again next year!

The flat is extremely well located. A lot could be reached on foot. The amenities of the apartment are great, we felt very comfortable and would book it again at any time.

We had a great time in the bright attic apartment. Everything was as described and seen in the photos. The bed is big and we slept well on it. For the coffee in the morning we had brought and poured a coffee filter and a thermos. We didn't miss anything. The sun terrace is really sunny in the afternoon (you can't guess in the photos). There are many excursion options in the area and, above all, many opportunities for hiking. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities. For our vacation the apartment was perfect. Communication was always quick and friendly - so also perfect.

We felt instantly at home in this wonderfully modernised flat. The area was serene and typically Bavarian. Quite magical! Thank you for being perfect hosts. 💛

Very nice apartment located in a quiet area. There are shops, a bus stop nearby. The station is a 15-minute walk, or by bus is also 15 minutes. We really liked this place, I can recommend it. Anja and family to be very welcoming.

Wow, Unfortunately, we were only there for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the countryside, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. We'll happily come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hartmut’s place. A beautiful character restored barn, very large and well laid out with lots of space. A lovely location in easy walking distance to Lake Simssee, very private and peaceful. Immaculately clean and tidy, and Hartmut was an excellent and responsive host, highly recommended.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the associated induction field, as well as the oven and microwave are modern and in a 1-A condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with beautiful views! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which overlooks the house slightly elevated. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

Beautiful quiet location. Quite a hot tub Very nice landlords. Towels were even exchanged, toilet paper and liquid soap were also provided. However, the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped: no salad cutlery, scoop, exactly counted spoons, hardly any pots/pans and poor quality. If you don't want to cook, you don't have the problem

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

Hot tub and campfire overlooking the alpine panorama, what more could you ask for? 🙏
