We also offer a small gym with equipment such as "Power Plate," indoor bike, various abdominal training equipment, as well as a sauna with shower (by appointment and for a fee) Attention: Absolute non-smoking house Pets are only allowed on request! No large dogs!

Alle Betten sind Doppelbetten. Für Babys gibt es ein eigenes Kinderbett. Es gibt einen schönen Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
