Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Beaune Nuits: neat house, stove, very quiet

Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, wines and local beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Chez Charlie

Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

At the foot of the vines

30 m2 apartment, newly renovated in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of September, weather permitting, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy walks, and a barbecue is available, then have a drink in a quiet setting. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. I hope you have a lovely stay.

Meursault Village, Le Cromin

Enjoy elegant accommodation in the heart of the village of Meursault, close to all amenities. Arriving through a large typical porch, you will have a bright living room equipped with TV (connected), a sofa bed (very confortable 140x190). Adjoining, the equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed serves the bathroom / WC and a laundry room. Closed garage accessible for bikes and motorbikes (key on request).
