In a private residence, the duplex can accommodate up to 4 guests with a large bedroom upstairs (queen size bed, video projector with Netflix and Disney+) and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. You have a sofa bed with mattress for optimal sleeping quality. The terrace with barbecue will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal in good weather. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
