Nice view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking tours to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Proximity to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d 'Alésia, Vezelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy and Chailly Castle.

Charming 30 m2 accommodation for 4 people max., renovated in 2017, ideally located less than a 10-min walk to the historic center of Beaune. Self check-in: check yourself in with the lockbox. Accommodation consisting of a lounge/living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. All furniture is new. Small garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Parking is available in the yard in front of the accommodation.

Located a 5-minute walk from the city center, Hospices de Beaune, Cinema Workshops, restaurants and all amenities, this former 15th century winemaker's house was completely tastefully renovated in 2017. Your accommodation is attached to our house and you will be woken up by the birds. You can enjoy the courtyard and a sheltered relaxation area as well as the garden but also discover a small town full of charm without having to use your vehicle.

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
