It’s a two minute walk to the centre of the village yet is so tranquil and quiet located up a dead end lane. Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace and a stunning sun deck with views of the ancient Abbey.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The walnut tree is our beautiful, comfortable gite. Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

A 16 ha corner of paradise, with a 3.5 ha fish lake, without overcrowding, with a limited number of accommodations, for lovers of the countryside far from traditional structures! You will enjoy, on your private island, in your cabin on stilts, the calm and serenity of the place on your wooden terrace, on the edge of the pond but also outdoor activities: private forest, our farm animals, fishing, discovery of the region, wine route, markets and local festivals.
