We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

Very pleasant stay, very quiet just as I like, I thank Marylène for her kindness, great location for visiting the sites of the Dordogne.

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed: atmospheric, peaceful, comfortable -- and loads of room. A beautiful setting -- wild orchids everywhere in May, and cuckoos calling in the woods. Guillaume was a wonderful host -- very concerned that we enjoy his place and his region to the max. When Bob asked where he could rent a bicycle, Guillaume offered his own for the week (and the cycle routes that he suggested were great). We liked the restaurant he recommended (Table de Jean) so much, we ate there twice. Périgord markets are full of nice things to eat, and Guillaume's kitchen makes it fun to cook your haul at home -- everything you could need in the way of equipment. And comfy sofas to sleep off lunch afterwards! We'd definitely come back.

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Very charming, spacious and well-equipped cottage. The pretty city of Martel is only 2 km away, with restaurants. Many nearby sites: Collonge la Rouge, Rocamadour and pretty villages. Brigitte was a very welcoming host and had great tips for places to visit. An address to keep absolutely!

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

It is a small haven of peace in the countryside but close to the most beautiful main places of Dordogne such as Sarlat and Brive-la-Gaillarde. The house is cozy and the jacuzzi is really nice after a day of sightseeing. Thanks to Fabienne for her kindness!

Lovely place to relax and recharge after traveling. Amandine was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the swimming pool area and the nearby bakery. Short drive to Sarlat and all the activities there.

A lovely private old cottage on beautiful grounds with a swimming pool. The cottage is fenced in, so the dog can run free in the garden. It has everything you need and is nice and cool on hot summer days. Patrick was so welcoming. We loved our stay here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Samantha and Georges' place, great hosts, kindness, friendliness and kindness. Their hospitality was exceptional and everything is designed to make you feel immediately good. The accommodation is both comfortable, charming and perfectly equipped for an ideal stay. It feels like home with a wonderful setting: meadows, horses, swimming pool, orchards …Everything is there for absolute relaxation. It's a rejuvenating place, where you can really rest. Great stay at Anne's! The house is up to expectations, the outdoor spaces are really worth the experience for very high quality moments with friends. 2 large terraces including 1 sheltered and sheltered from the wind + the pool that overlooks a natural panorama… Just thinking about it makes us want to go back!!!

What a warm welcome we had from Tosha and Robert on our arrival. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. Our two dogs were spoilt for choices of walks and we were spoilt with the abundance of things to do and see in a stunning location. The property is in an amazing location nestled in the rocks with a beautifully quiet terrace to enjoy taking in the surroundings. The pool was available whenever we wished to use it, and Tosha and Robert were on hard for anything we might have needed. We'll certainly be back for another stay!

Hughes the host is very friendly, in front of the house there is a small farm that he shows us, it was great, we will surely come back and enjoy the pool and sauna! I would highly recommend this very friendly host, the place is also historic! We love it anyway! See you soon!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by Martin and Joanne. Lovely generous welcome gifts. Gite is pristine and has everything required and more. Linen and towels all good quality and also plenty supplied. Pool is fabulous and in such a private and pretty setting. We would love to come back in the near future. It is clear that Joanne and Martin work very hard to ensure their guests have the best experience.

The house looks like a vacation home: the organization of the rooms, the furniture… We love it! However, it is very comfortable, we came in winter and the heating is efficient, the bedding is comfortable and there are plenty of blankets. We enjoyed the ease of parking, the calm, the outdoor space, the kitchen equipment.

The experience was perfect. Virginia's place and her husband is a haven of peace, we wanted a weekend in the green, we couldn't have asked for better. The newly renovated home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The mezzanine bedroom is very nice, and cool thanks to its stone walls. The perfect bedding. The exterior is beautifully maintained by Virginia and her husband, both landscapers. The terrain is huge, which was the delight of our puppy who was able to run everywhere. No noise nearby is perfect for disconnecting and doing nothing. We really enjoyed the nearby villages / areas full of charms. A big thank you for the welcome, breakfast and everything else!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Steve was very helpful always available to answer any questions. The place is a paradise and great walkways, views etc. His caretaker, Pascal, helped us check-in and offered to help…. Even set us up for a day of kayaking not mention and really great guy.

Polly and Mark are very welcoming, charming and attentive hosts (thank you for the bottle of wine). The accommodation is well located and very quiet, it has everything you need for cooking including alfresco. The baby's essentials were much appreciated. The bedding is very comfortable, we slept very well there. There are two terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun in the morning or afternoon. We strongly recommend. Laurent

A very nice little house, with very beautiful spaces and beautiful rooms. Perfect location for a long weekend in the Dordogne, 30 min from several beautiful sites: caves, castles, canoeing on the Dordogne or on the Vezege. Troglodytic village. Downtown near Sylvie is available and friendly. I recommend it for a small family. 😉
