Very clean and contemporary place. Fantastic location within a nice walk to amazing restaurants and the cable car. I would highly recommend staying there for a family.

We really enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of space, lots of amenities and the host was lovely and quick at replying to our questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of good pillows provided. The house was clean, all amenities were as listed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

This was a HUGE space compared to what we were used to in Tokyo. We definitely loved the space and even enjoyed a home cooked shabu meal with items purchased from the Lawson’s right around the corner. Great access to lots of restaurants and sites

Ein Traum Ort, ohne Frage den besten Platz den wir in Japan gefunden haben. Super schön eingerichtet, wir waren sofort mit Ryokan Gefühle involviert, die Matratzen sind die gemütlichsten wo wir jemals geschlafen haben. Schade das wir nur eine Nacht übernachten haben, hier ist für mindestens ab drei Nächte super geeignet. Einzige Kontra, ist das wir kein Onsen in der Nähe gefunden haben.

Route 99 and their staff were absolutely amazing!!! They helped us out and saved our trip by arranging a ride for us at 4:30 am to go to our next destination since no cabs were available! They were amazing and place was beautiful!

地點指示清晰,容易找到. 一入屋內,屋主已經開定暖爐令到屋子溫暖 ,非常窩心. 地方清潔,室內乾淨. 因為比較近路軌，所以晚上和早上都會有嘈吵聲音.屋主有預備耳塞. 我們度過了愉快的兩個晚上

丁寧に対応していただき非常に助かりました！駅近で部屋も綺麗で写真通りでした！ ただ隣の部屋の人の音や声が割と丸聞こえでしたので、気になる方は注意した方がいいかもしれません。

We've great time while we are there. Great location, easy to excess also well connected to public transport. Host lady very friendly and helpful. I'm highly recommended to stay here

這個民宿非常的新！ 裡面的一切都可以感受到民宿主人的用心 非常乾淨跟舒適 床超級舒服很好睡 廁所有好聞的味道 電視很大已經有登錄好的Netflix可以看（日文） 房間的燈還是情境燈 然後還驚喜的發現這個燈能夠投影螢幕在牆上 超級讚！！ 可以自己用手機投影鏡像喔 連線民宿的wifi就可以了 然後民宿本身還有附一本使用手冊 很精緻漂亮內容寫得很詳細 民宿主人本身回答問題也超快真的很棒😍😍😍這次分別住了兩晚 中途去住了別的地方跟飯店 最愛的還是這間 唯一就是在軌道旁邊火車經過的聲響跟震動是感受的到 但我覺得以上這些優點完全可以蓋過這個點 晚上睡覺時也沒有火車經過所以也不影響睡眠 總之我們住宿體驗是100分的💯

whole family stayed there for three nights. Convinient location and closed to subway. All directions can find easily and very reasonable price for this vacation aprtment unit.

The unit was perfect for our little “slice of life” experience in Japan. Mari was super helpful for providing extremely detailed check in instructions and how to find the place. The place was very cozy for 2 people and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the hot water and the comfy linens on the bed. I really appreciated all the drying hooks for when we did laundry (washer is on the front porch). Everything was clean upon arrival and 2 L of water was provided by the host. She was very responsive and attentive, I felt relaxed staying at this place. It is about 12 minutes to Manazuru station making this convenient to explore other areas like Odawara and Hakone. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

The house is very closed to the train station and it’s a good place to stay if you want to visit Hakone area. We really enjoyed the time here!

A wonderful place to stay after a long day soaring over Hakone, a short uphill walk from the stations. Lots of amenities, great hospitality, definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone that has a plan to go around the area.

El lugar es bastante espacioso, una cocina bien equipado y en general muchas amenidades, mi única queja serían las camas, se sienten varios resortes, creo que podrían mejorar ese aspecto.

Le logement de Taiga et Iku est génial ! Situé sur un petit chemin parallèle à un ruisseau qui descend à l’océan, il était extrêmement propre, dans le style traditionnel japonais, avec futons sur tatamis et table basse exactement comme sur les photos. Iku nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a expliqué tout ce qu’il fallait pour nous sentir bien chez elle. Nous avions même du thé et de l’eau dans le frigo, ainsi que du café pour le matin. À 50 m de l’ocean, notre séjour (trop court !) dans ce logement a été une expérience japonaise authentique et formidable ! Merci encore, Iku pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil ! On recommande fortement.

忙しい中での利用だったため、わからないことについての返信が速く、とても良かったです。また、場所よ道案内も非常にわかりやすく、安心して利用することができました。

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Love the location! Right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood with convenience stores and a grocery store within a walkable distance! Would love to stay here again with good weather for a few months on if I could! Maybe someday soon! 🙏🏾

its a very great place to stay especially the place is so walkable and the kamikitazawa has lift for our luggage. The place is also quite spacious knowing that tokyo's accommodations are usually small. it fits 6 luggage that can opened all at the same time (3cabin 3checked in luggage) . Jing is also very kind and helpful, he helped us finding my mom's lost phone and found it on the koban (small police station) . overall very recommended to stay here and really worth the price👍👍

Small home away from home! Very nice apartment in a really lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable to great Cafes, restaurants and surfshops. Clean and pristine apartment with no mould or scum. Loved the separate shower and toilet/basin. Would recommend to others and would stay again!
