In addition, Maeda Bridge, which was built for the Odawara Horse Railway in 1888, is also within walking distance. The view of the clear stream and greenery from the suspension bridge is especially refreshing in sunny weather and is ideal for a walk. Access is convenient, about 5 minutes on foot to the bus stop "Yamazaki" and about 8 minutes on foot to "Sanzomebashi". It is about 14-20 minutes on foot from Hakone Yumoto Station and about 5 minutes by taxi. There are few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the nearest 7-Eleven Hakone Yumoto store is about a 10-minute walk. Also, the distance from the station may feel long for some people, and it is dark at night because there is little lighting, so we recommend checking in before sunset.
