A 12 minute walk from Manazuru station towards the sea. There are also 2 convenience stores along the way and a supermarket 10 minutes walk from the guest house. The building is an old Showa-era apartment, but the kitchen, shower, and toilet are all new, and the air conditioning is comfortable. Your room is upstairs, but you can enter from the public road without climbing stairs. (There is a little slopes.) The garden space and benches on the ground floor are also available. Minpaku Gororin is a private rental accommodation in Yugawara-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture. The host is a local couple who renovated a traditional house built 60 years ago. We live in the adjacent main house and will be happy to provide you with information and assistance. At this facility, you can enjoy BBQ in the garden overlooking the sea (equipment is free). Charcoal, igniters, paper plates and tongs are provided. The room is spacious. We have nostalgic games and toys for both adults and children to enjoy. Popular Atami is also nearby, and there are fireworks displays. Mishima is about 30 minutes away via Atami, so it's convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji! You can enjoy fishing and beach play on the Manazuru Peninsula, and hot springs and autumn foliage in Okuyugawara! Hatsushima, popular with young people, is also close by. It is one of the few beachfront properties in the Yugawara area.(Access to the waves within 100 steps of the road!) It is also good to swim and surf, but you can relax reading a book while listening to the sound of the waves, and it is nice to relax. The best Chill is waiting for you. We have installed outdoor living on the 1st deck.There is a wood stove and outdoor sink for a relaxing time while watching the bonfire flames. The 2nd deck has a sauna with a wood stove.It's a little small, so I recommend using it with 2 people, if you have up to 3 people. Use of the wood stove and sauna may cause burns, fires, and carbon monoxide poisoning.Please note that there is a risk and that you are responsible for your own safety. You can't see the sunset, but you can't get enough of watching the sky change color over the sea. In the morning, you can see the refreshing sunrise and Sagami Bay, the Manazuru Peninsula, Izu Oshima, and Hatsushima.

Dog-friendly private accommodation "Inu to Umi" Western-style building (south building)

1 minute walk to the beach, 30 seconds if you run with your dog. This is a private inn with a total of 3 buildings, filled with the hope that you will make more memories with your dog in the city and at the beach. This is one of the few places in Odawara where you can stay with your dog. There is also a shared dog run in the entire building, making it a place where you can spend time as if you were living in Odawara. The south building is a space where you can enjoy an open design with a wooden deck.
