We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

Great host and a very nice and quiet area

Super friendly host who attends to all the details. Clear instructions were given for all the electrical products, which is super helpful. Space is good for 3 people. Totally enjoyed the use of the bikes. Seasoning and free drinks were also provided. They even provided charging ports. Very thoughtful hosts indeed!

The owner was fantastic and very responsive, even took us to the local grocery store. The house is on the side of the hill in an incredibly quiet and serene location with complete privacy. The outdoor hot bath was incredible, too, and a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it for anyone staying in Atami.

My second time coming back to this place and Atami. Nice comfortable stay, get beds and spacious home. Onsen bath in the house is soooo nice.

What an absolute magnificent place to stay if you want to escape tokyo for a while. Very beautiful home with a lot of soul. The view is stunning from the house and garden onto the open sea and it’s surrounded by beautiful nature. One of the most special houses we ever stayed. The stuff and host are friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

We watched fireworks from the balcony. It was awesome!

The limit was limited to 18 people, but we had a very pleasant time paying an additional fee for 24 people and being flexible.There was also a transfer from the nearest station, which was very helpful.

I used it because the scenery in the photos was nice.Airi was also very polite and quick to respond.The room was clean, and all the furniture was stylish, and we had a wonderful time.When I contacted them about the amenities on the morning of the day, they responded immediately, which was very helpful.

Our family was so lucky to meet this host! He offered us amazing value-added services that made our trip fun, convenient and memorable! He cooked us a delicious wagyu beef camping-style BBQ in the garage, took photos for us using a professional camera and was our local guide in the area. He offered to drive and guide us around various sites and experiences in the Mount Fuji area. We felt the hospitable warmth of a local throughout our stay. The house is clean, modern and amply equipped. It is a 10-minute walk from the black sand beach and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop that plies the main Street to the port, station, and observation tower. We highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. Thank you for hosting us and making this trip so special!

I used it with a friend on a trip for 4 people. It is a short distance from Atami Station, but it can be reached in a few minutes by taxi or bus. (It is on a hill, so we do not recommend walking.) They picked us up at a nearby bus stop at check-in, They explained the indoor facilities and checkout politely, I'm relieved. The 2nd floor has a Japanese-style room, the 1st floor has a dining kitchen, a Western-style room, and a bathroom, We used it spaciously as four of us. I was happy that there was a toilet and sink on each floor. The neighborhood is a residential area, so you can have a quiet night. After using a day-use hot spring near Atami Station, you can enjoy the food you have taken out I think it would be good to eat in the inn's dining kitchen. I will use it again when I have the opportunity to travel to Atami.

Lovely place. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Host was flexible with my check in time as I wasn’t sure what time I arrived til I got on the train. As it was raining on the day I left, host was kind enough to offer to drive me to train station as well as work out the train timetable for me. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience.

The place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and nice! We have 7 people, everyone is happy about the place. You can wash the clothes and dry them in the bathroom with dry fans. The location is great, 7 mins walk to both train stations. Wifi is super fast. overall, it's a good value for this place when you have bunch people.

Akiko’s place was just as described and very easy to access. Loved, loved the location and the slideshow Akiko sent along was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful dinner at the local yakiniku restaurant, which we would not have found without Akiko’s recommendation.

It was a stylish and clean room. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!
