There are many things that are dangerous for children, so we do not allow children under 13 years old, including infants. The size of sofa-bed as bed is 211cm ×122cm. If you want, I can provide a air mattress. This building is face to a big road and I can not recommend this room for guests who are sensitive to sound and vibration. This room is on the 2nd floor(American English). No elevator. 14 steps. If you want, I can bring your luggage to the room. 3 guests can stay here but it must be uncomfortable. I live in a house which is 5minutes from this building and I can go to fix troubles immediately. 3minutes to Don Quixote.
