A quiet sanctuary tucked away in the woods, where the stillness is only interrupted by the occasional crackle of the woodstove. The space is thoughtfully curated with cozy touches and intentional design. Whether you want to curl up with a novel, journal, or simply stare out the window at the swaying pines, the cabin gives you the space to do so without pressure or distraction. Every inch of this cabin encourages rest, reflection, and reconnection. It’s rustic but refined, deeply cozy yet spacious enough to feel like you’re getting a full breath of air with every moment. We absolutely loved our stay at the cozy and peaceful A-frame! The cabin is beautifully equipped with everything you could need (well stocked kitchen, soft linens and plentiful blankets), and the thoughtful touch of having a fire ready for our arrival made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is incredibly peaceful, with lovely trails right around the property that made exploring so easy and relaxing. Kelly was a fantastic host—she shared great local recommendations for additional hikes that we really enjoyed. One of the best parts was being able to bring our dogs along; they had the best time exploring the area and watching the ducks by the water. Highly recommend this spot for a quiet and cozy escape into nature!

Jennifer was a great host! We planned to ride our bikes from Guelph to Blyth and back but Mother Nature had other thoughts, so we decided to bring the car and still ride the G2G. Jennifer was accommodating and let us park prior to check in at the rental so we could still get a full day ride in on the trail! She was very friendly and helped us navigate our way to G2G, as well gave recommendations for food etc. The place was exactly as described, small and cozy with all we needed and was a perfect after a day of biking.

The loft is incredibly cozy, it is located in a calm and peaceful environment and has everything you need to spend a weekend relaxing and discovering the west coast of Ontario and the very cute city of Goderich. Melaney is a very friendly host, responsive and always there to answer questions. I would definitely recommend it !
