Vacation rentals with beach access in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh

Our first trip to Kincardine and it didn’t disappoint. Jim was a wonderful host. The house was cute, cozy and comfortable. Everything exactly as expected. Would stay again. Close to the beach and the Main Street restaurants. Great location.

We had a lovely stay. Nice and quiet. There is a private beach close by which was really nice with a beautiful sunset. Host is amazing and would stay again!

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

We had a lovely weekend away here! The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing and private, and we felt right at home due to Katie and Jim’s wonderful hospitality!

The Lake Suite at the Henry House was charming, as well as cozy and relaxing. The decor is lovely and is exactly as shown online. Many restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. are located in the downtown area which is within walking distance so it is not always necessary to have to rely on your vehicle. A theater is even right around the corner! The parking option onsite (if available) is a wonderful add-on. The host, Brett, is very responsive and it is evident that he wants all of his guests to have a very enjoyable visit. I have family in the Stratford area and love having my own cozy space when visiting them. I am sure that I will return to the Henry House … it is a special treat for me and a wonderful place to stay!! Marsha H. Darien, Illinois, USA

Our stay at Christina and Mike’s place exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos. It is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. We loved the cruiser bikes as it was a great way to explore the town. Christina and Mike were incredible hosts—quick to respond, attentive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wendy is a fast, reliable, and great communicator. We were welcomed with a homemade charcuterie board, wine, and it was so appreciated after a long drive. Her and her husband are some of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met, and we are grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are super knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions so we could make the most out of our trip. The neighbourhood is safe and was easy to locate. The space was clean, easy to navigate and everything we could have needed was provided. We felt at home and never wanted to leave. Signing the guestbook on the way out was a sweet end to an amazing weekend - definitely hope to be back soon! Our first time in Bayfield was a treat and we will remember this weekend forever ❤️ Thank you Wendy and Rocco x

Jason’s place was absolutely great to stay at! Has everything you’ll need for a quiet cottage getaway and more! The view from the living space was wonderful. Large backyard with BBQ, private beach, fire pit was a plus too. Very clean space, will definitely be back in the warmer months!

Peter was a great host, he did everything possible to allow us to have a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed to have a stress free, relaxing weekend. He made several recommendations for placing to visit in the area and was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We would very much recommend staying at Peter’s AirBNB, we felt right at home and would definitely go back!

This was our second time staying at Naomi’s place and it was as fabulous as the first time!! Excellent location, the house was spotless, the yard is private and large enough to play family games and the fire pit was perfect for after dinner family time . We could easily fit 3 cars in the driveway and the kitchen and living area were large enough for us all to cook and spend time together. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be close to the beach ( a very short walk ) . Shopping is also a short car ride and everything g you need is in close distance. We love this cottage and will be booking it again 😊

John was very responsive to my messages when we had an issue with locking one of the doors. He went out of his way to give us some recommendations for local places to go. The house was clean and accurately described.

We have had multiple great stays at Janine’s place! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus more, modern inside, comfy beds, easy check-in easy as could be and in a great location! Will be staying again!

Eugene was a fantastic host. The house was perfect for 5 couples. Comfortable beds and a great living area which worked well for a family get together. A special thanks to Eugene. We visited in February and a winter storm developed resulting in massive road closures. We had to extend our stay and Eugene was incredibly helpful in accommodating us for these extra days. We highly recommend this home.

Super cute place stocked with all you could need for a beach vacation. Definitely great bang for buck!

It's a nice place to get away from your daily life. There is a a beautiful beach just 2 min away from this location. I picked this location to cover Bluemountain and Tobermory as it’s almost in the middle.

Very clean and spacious. Beds are very squeaky and the place could use some dishtowels but otherwise it's a great location - I would definitely recommend.

We needed a few days to rest and revive and the space provided just that! So clean and tidy. Easy access, hottub was a great asset. We were able to walk if we wanted meals and great home base for lots of great cross country skiing locations. Will definitely consider for a future winter getaway!

This is our second time staying here for a girls weekend and had a great time! This place is so close to the beach and the hosts were super responsive and helped us with anything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re looking for something right on the strip!

sean and team were really nice and were amazing hosts! they upgraded us to a room with a lake view with no extra costs and it was so nice, loved seeing the frozen lake in the mornings during our stay! will most likely come back to stay here in the summer with friends.

The place was really spacious and nice. They had some board games and a poker table to play on as well. There was ample and comfortable sleeping space for everyone too. Enough extra bedding and blankets were provided. The kitchen and bathroom counters were all super clean with all necessary items provided, however, the floors could use a little more cleaning. Kendra was also extremely responsive and flexible and provided very clear and helpful instructions for our stay! Overall, a solid 8/10!

Amazing place with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! We stayed here for a month, and it was the best travel decision I’ve made this year. The facilities are brand new, and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The host and property manager were highly responsive, addressing and resolving any issues promptly. We absolutely adored the window design, it allowed us to gaze at the sky and lake from indoors, bathing the space in abundant natural light. We’d love to return and book this gem again in the summer!
