The property is stunning and a very quiet rural setting. The view is spectacular. At night you can see all the stars. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The house is very clean. Andrea gave us a personal tour of his home and his family history is amazing. We thought it was a very personal touch to greet us at check in. He also called the day of our departure to say goodbye and came to the house for another short conversation. Andrea gave great recommendations for food, groceries, tours, etc. the location of the Airbnb made day trips very convenient. We would definitely come back. We felt refreshed after a few days. We also loved his two dogs!

Lisa Jane’s townhouse in Montalcino was perfect with breathtaking views of the Tuscan valley. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was a great base for exploration of nearby Tuscan towns we visited- Pienza(35 min), Sienna(55), Castilogne Della Pescaia(65), Pitigliano(90) and Montepulciano(45). Also get your int. driver’s license from AAA. Save the hassle of being pulled over like we got. Lisa Jane was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and waiting for us upon our arrival! She explained everything and gave great recommendations. The townhouse has everything you need - we made great use of the provided umbrellas! I will point out the exact location could be tricky for people with mobility challenges. The entrance is about halfway up or down(depending which way you access) a small street with a very steep incline. We did fine, but my watch alerted me to a 4X increase in average stairs! We highly recommend!!

Our stay in Anghiari was absolutely wonderful. The house was full of charm beautifully decorated with unique artwork, surrounded by nature, with peaceful views and birdsong each morning. We loved walking the rosemary-lined path and felt instantly relaxed in the quiet countryside. After a few busy days in Rome, Anghiari was the perfect escape safe, authentic, and full of heart. The local bakery, Antico Forno Bindi, was unforgettable, and we found a lovely toy shop with the sweetest owner. One evening we visited nearby Sansepolcro for pizza at La Piazza the food was terrific and the staff so welcoming. Alba made everything even more special with her warmth and generosity. She left thoughtful treats and made us feel truly at home. Lorenzo’s recommendations helped us make the most of our stay. This was a highlight of our trip, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, personal, and beautiful experience in Italy.

We had contact with Simone, he was always available and also inquired himself if everything was OK. The place was very clean and it had everything you need. Also spices, olive oil and Nespresso capsules. The place is very cool, which is certainly pleasant in the summer. It is therefore good to take slippers with you. The location is very quiet and private, the street next door did not bother us. There is a parking space available, which is secured by a gate. To reach attractions and cities, you have to drive a bit. But we were prepared for that. The surroundings are picturesque and we'd come back anytime.

We delighted in our stay at Marcelo's place. His and Donna's renovation of a medieval, in-town house is impeccable. A substantial degree of professional interior design is evident in the minimalism, yet all works flow historically. The lower-level spa and sauna are hedonistic yet blend beautifully with the rustic ambiance. The technology underlying the works is largely absent from view - yet functional. The first floor features a kitchen which will not disappoint an avid chef. The sitting area is minimalist but softened by clever, "soft" upholstery choices, cushions and comforting throws. Selective sculpture and objects d'art complete the picture. The surface treatment of walls is superb, as if revealing centuries of habitation in layers, each agreeing with one another in terms of tone and pallet. The rendering and paint work is first rate. For the aesthete and practical traveller alike, Marcelo's place offers a considered, curated view into the past embraced by the present.

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Stunning mountain scenery and a cozy and stylish apartment. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on during our whole trip. We were really able to relax at Adriana’s place and she was a delight and very helpful.
