5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Great location for exploring the beautiful countryside of southern Tuscany. Accommodation was great and the pool was lovely. We visited Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia and the warm waters at Terme San Filippo We would definitely recommend the Coop in Torrenieri just 10 mins in the car, a bit tricky to find but has all that you need.

Incredibly tranquil, set in the Italian countryside. The property had everything we needed. Ana was also very responsive whenever we needed anything.

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Wow!!! What can I say about this most magical place that hasn’t already been said? 10/10 recommend Simone’s place. We will be talking about this stay for years to come. The property, the communication, the hotel amenities (restaurant Zita was wonderful but the spa massage experience was out of this world), the scenery. Just wow! Book this place while you can. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here on our 2 week Tuscany adventure. Grazie!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

Lovely stay with stunning views of the valley. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, you can see Elena knows how to make sure all the little details are thought of to make your stay exceptional. A nice touch is there are fresh delicious baked goods in the shared kitchen each day of the 5 days we were there. A well deserved 5 stars!

Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

Excellent place to stay with a comfortable bed for our family of two adults and one toddler. Martina even lent us a high chair for us to use during our stay. This is a great location for exploring Buonconvento and surrounding Tuscan environs; it’s also very convenient for parking a car nearby without hassle.

Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. Thank you Lucio for your wonderful hospitality.

Nicole and Giuseppe thank you for your warm and kind hospitality. What can I say? This place was magical and beautiful. The apartment was clean to the T and very modern and sheik decorated. Both host went above and beyond to make sure I had what I need it. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. So much history there. But my one favorite thing about this place is the smell/scent of the jasmine trees outside. I fell in love with the smell of the trees. If I come back I will most definitely stay here again. Good vibes good people good food and good wine. This is a perfect place to relax and unwind from whatever stressors you have in life l. Thank you Nicole and Giuseppe

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay! The roof terrace was amazing with beautiful views across rooftops to the Tuscan countryside. The centre of Siena with its Piazza del Campo is only a few minutes stroll away and the Duomo not much further. There are plenty of restaurants all around and a decent supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend!

Words can’t describe how beautiful the view is from the apartment! We had a lovely week in San Gimignano with our six month old. So peaceful and everything within walking distance. Communication was great and use of the parking garage was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

A Peaceful Stay with Stunning Views at Casa Santa Caterina Our recent stay at Casa Santa Caterina was a truly tranquil experience, marked by breathtaking scenery and exceptional cleanliness. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our visit. A delightful bonus was her friendly Corgi, who was a joy to be around. The location itself is wonderfully quiet, perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The views from the property are simply beautiful and contribute significantly to the serene atmosphere. We were also very impressed with how immaculately clean everything was. There are a couple of points for future guests to be aware of. Firstly, there is a €25 fee for bringing a dog, which wasn't mentioned in the property description. Including this information beforehand would be helpful for guests planning their budget.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
