what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

The appartment is as the description and photos. The check in was very easy as we had instructions to follow. 💙 It was perfect for our short stay and had everything you may need to cook a breakfast and go to explore Florence. Tram and bus pass closed by so it was easy to arrive to the city centre.

Great stay! Quiet accommodation, with character. Great welcome, very available and attentive host. Great location to discover Tuscany, its beautiful villages and countryside. I would highly recommend it!

Nice location if we can keep luggages would be much better as Florence is a tourist city.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities nearby by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days' stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can recommend the place without further ado. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the noise of the house (even in the middle of the night).

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

I was relieved that the landlord gave me a detailed check-in method using what app before check-in. They respond quickly to questions and are very friendly ~ It was so comfortable that I thought, "I wish it was my house." The location was nice because it was a neighborhood that wasn't too noisy, and there was a conad nearby, but if you walk just 1km, there is a big esselunga, so it's good for shopping!

Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

Great stay at Paolo’s cottage. He helped us with restaurants and was very accommodating. Location is very peaceful!

The accommodation is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great and the bathroom was clean. They welcomed me in person when I checked in and kindly explained it to me, so I was able to stay comfortably. Everything was good, and it's an accommodation I want to come back to. Thank you Matteo.

We chose Saverio's apartment to rest after a long trip, the apartment is very well maintained as well as the kitchen equipped with all amenities. We will definitely be back for a longer vacation, it's really an oasis of relaxation as described. See you soon

Alessandro was very responsive for early check in, met us at the door to give a Tour, helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight and recommend a dinner restaurant. 10 minute walk to train station into downtown Florence for the day 1.60 euro each way.

We had a very nice stay at Massimo's apartment and felt really at home there. It is a very clean and cozy apartment and has a spacious bathroom, a very well equipped and cozy kitchen and a good bed. The view from the window over the area is really very beautiful, every morning special to start the day with it. Also, the apartment is very central and close to the city center and all the sights of Volterra. We especially found Museo Etrusco Guarnacci very worthwhile, but there is much more to see. Massimo is very pleasant in communication, nice and responds quickly. Is also willing to give you more information about Volterra or to be helpful with other things if you would like. All in all, we highly recommend Massimo and his apartment (and Volterra)!

We stayed at Patricia's beautiful property which is a lovely old farmhouse, set in a peaceful countryside location but which is walkable to a town with shops, bars and a restaurant. The property has plenty of space and is filled with character. There was pleasant outside seating, a bbq with additional seating area, pool, gardens and off road parking. Patrizia was very helpful and kind and always on hand/email to answer any questions. The property was good value and we would be very happy to return to the property again.

Our stay at Veronica's was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 5 friends in Tuscany for a local wedding. The villa was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean excellent views and a great hot tub. Veronica was extremely friendly, helpful and only a quick message away if we had any questions or concerns. During our stay we were offered for a private chef to come to the villa to cook for us. We chose the Tuscano menu which was delicious! Roberto and Lorena cooked us a feast which lasted for days! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something easy one night. We hired a car during our stay which made it easy to get about. The surrounding roads were a bit hit and miss in terms of width, traffic and gravel, but we managed!

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

We were four girls on a girls’ trip and had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described; spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Louise was a fantastic host: super friendly and always quick to reply to any messages. She welcomed us with such thoughtful touches; wine, water, coffee pods, and even a light breakfast for our first morning, which made us feel instantly at home. The pool is just a short drive from the property and such a lovely spot! There are sunbeds, chairs, and tables in the pool area, and we spent a perfect afternoon there relaxing snd soaking up the sun with wine and snacks! The hot tub at the house is also a big plus, the warm water was ideal for a chilled late afternoon or evening. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway!

Duddova is a small, very quiet place – ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view across the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and designed with a lot of love for detail – a real oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions – a car is essential for this, however. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, quick and helpful. Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
