We spent a night with my parents in this charming old farmhouse in the heart of the Basque Country. Surrounded by greenery, horses, cows and sheep, we were completely disoriented, a real breath of fresh air in the countryside! The accommodation is very cute and the environment soothing. The host was very welcoming: he received us in person and even offered us Basque pâté, a delicate attention that touched us a lot, thank you so much!

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

We stayed with three couples for a week in Isabelle's house. The garden is very cozy and quiet. The house itself is not overly spacious for 6 people, but certainly large enough and all necessary amenities are available. Good base for day trips to the sea. Communication with Isabelle went very well and smoothly. Recommended!

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility that you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. Would give 6 stars if I could! Stunningly beautiful surroundings and a very stylish and highly liveable apartment. Proximity to Saint Jean de Luz and the stunning coastline a huge plus. Some reviews have mentioned difficulty of getting luggage up from car park - but this was not an issue for us, Benoit sent map location to unload at back gate before driving to carpark. Don’t hesitate. Amazing!

This home is in the perfect location to explore the town! You can be at the train station, old town, and beach within 10 minutes of walking or less. Eric was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It calls this out in the listing, but you will need to pay 20 euros for linens and towels, and you’ll need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs as the elevator does not go to the top level. Neither of these were an issue as I knew beforehand, but worth keeping in mind if the steps would be tough for you!

Listing is very nice, as described. It is very well equipped with quality amenities. Sharon is a very responsive host and Matteo is also available on site. The house is located on a plot with other cottages but each has its own privacy. We will be back!

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated and well located, close to the center and the beach. Theo was a very available and very accommodating and attentive host. It was great to stay at this listing. I would highly recommend it. And I would definitely go back.

This is Perrine's personal property, and you get the feeling that a friend has loaned you their home. The apartment has a lovely view. It is about a 20-minute walk to the city center and to the beach. The city has everything you could want. The location is a quiet apartment on a one-way street and is very private and has parking in the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped. The only weakness is the tub has a and sprayer but no shower curtain or enclosure, so we tended to get some water on the floor. We would happily stay here again and recommend the property.

We had a great time at Camille's house. It is large and very pleasant to stay in, ideally located in a quiet area while being right next to the center of the pretty village of Sare. Perfect for discovering the region while having a quiet and pleasant place!

We had a great time at Yolande's home. Quiet and close to all Ciboure Socoa or Saint Jean de Luz 10 minutes by car. Quiet, with a carefully decorated interior, a living room with incredible volume and exteriors for rest and serenity. The house largely matches the photos. Yolande is very responsive and has good tips. Clean house and very well equipped. We'll be back soon. Go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed.
