Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

This is a haven of tranquility at the end of a small 100-meter private road. It is a detached house, nestled on a hillside, which offers panoramic views of Ascain, La Rhune and the Pyrenees mountain range up to the 3 crowns. Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 8 km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (bus stops 5 minutes away) and departure for hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail...). No car traffic!
