This place is way cooler than you think from the photos. I wish we had more time to spend there. The host was outside to help us find the place at about 23:00! there were generous amounts of food, and toiletries. Great place!

The stay at Georgia's was a dream. We had the whole house, including garden and terrace for us as a couple. The house is wonderfully quiet, you can actually sit in the sun somewhere all day. The whole house is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is very spacious and really well equipped. The parking is on the property. We also met Georgia's father, who took care of something in the garden. We were very warmly welcomed and encouraged to really feel at home. We will come back very, very gladly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Evavgelo’s place! Everything was neat, clean and welcoming and the view from the place is pure magic! We would stay there again at any time! Evangelos himself was very good at communicating with is about check in/ check out information and all was clear!

Come for the scenic and peaceful village setting with easy access to Meteora; stay for two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Anastasia and Stephanos are incredibly warm and generous hosts. The renovated stone house is comfortable and well-equipped with heating and air conditioning, plus a unique decor, chock full of lights and mirrors created by Stephanos from found wood. Anastasia plied us with her delicious cooking and fresh local foods. With June weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor tables, the hammock, and the shaded balcony and patio. The area is spectacular; mountains rise from their backyard, and if you are very lucky Stephanos might take you on a walk in them. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, street market, etc. are minutes away in the town of Pili, but try the terrific souvlaki in the village square if you eat meat. Pro tip: Google Translate is super helpful. Meteora brought us to Anastasia and Stephanos; then we just did not want to leave, and we will be back!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very nice. We had a small issue with additional sheets for the bank/bed in the diner room. It was resolved without a problem, great host and communication. Overal for us it would have been better to have a bed, but we enjoyed our stay and there were no issues.

Best view of any house in the heart of Kastraki. An en-suite unit with a full kitchen, and a balcony that offers a wonderful spot to view the sunset. Location is right next to the main town square with the restaurants within a minute’s walk. Choose this!

It was the best hospitality ever. The rooms is as shown in the photos it was very clean and everything you need is their. I highly recommend you to rent this room if you’re going to that place.

For me, it was top tier. The apartment is close to the city center (approximately a 5 minute drive). The area surrounding the apartment (ie. greenery and mountains) was beautiful. Between the apartment accommodations, things to do, food to eat/restaurants, and the weather this was my favorite Greek city. The instructions to get inside the apartment building and the apartment itself were easy to follow. The livingroom, bathroom, and bedroom were very comfortable with the nice furniture, color selections of paint, & decorations. I felt right at home. The apartment boasts 2 balconies: living room & the 1st bedroom. I didn't use the kitchen & dining area but well furnished. For some reason, the TV wouldn't turn on and my host came over to the apartment in less than 15 minutes and helped me figure out why. He was kind, helpful and we chatted amicably for a few minutes before leaving. I hope to come back to Ioannina one day. And if I am lucky enough, I hope I can stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bowl of fresh oranges and cookies waiting for me upon arrival—such a thoughtful gesture from Amalia. The studio is on a quiet street across from a lovely view of the Ionian Sea, located on the ground floor of a charming three-story home. The area is perfect for sunset walks, and a short 10-minute stroll north leads to a historic fort. Although a rental car would have been helpful, I was kindly lent a bike and enjoyed a scenic 15–20 minute ride to Preveza for delicious baked goods. The peaceful surroundings, ocean breeze, and sound of the waves created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The locals were friendly and helpful, especially George, a local taxi driver who gave me a personal tour of sites like Zalongo and nearby UNESCO locations. Amalia’s hospitality and the beauty of the area made this a memorable stay. I highly recommend this charming Airbnb for anyone visiting western Greece.

Beautiful apartment in quiet area..clean..cozy..very good price.

Very clean room, well-maintained and offers what it says. It is in a very central location and very close to points of interest. Also, the host and her husband answered our questions promptly and were very friendly. The only negative thing is the smell of the building at the entrance, something for which she is not responsible, but it should be mentioned because it was very annoying. Of course, you don't understand it in the room, which was comfortable and left you with a very pleasant feeling.

What stood out from the first moment was the wonderful decoration of the space. Every corner was well thought out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that made you feel immediately at home. Special mention should be made of the quality of the mattress, which ensured a truly restful sleep after our walks in the city. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, the privacy offered by the accommodation played a decisive role in our impeccable experience. We felt completely comfortable and independent throughout our stay. And of course, a huge advantage, especially for Ioannina, was the provision of parking. This solved our problems and saved us from looking for a place, which is very important in the city. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our stay in Ioannina and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home that combines comfort, style, privacy and practicality.
