As others have stated the beautiful view is even better than the photos. The host was great. Highly recommend but car is essential. The town was crazy crowed on a holiday weekend. It was nice to retreat to the unit.

Doreta is a very good girl, the house is perfect, clean, the pool is lovely especially late at night and early in the morning for diving in. Thanks to Doreta for everything and I will gladly return if I go back to Lefcada

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

The house was spotless clean and functional. We didn't miss anything. Especially in terms of heating, even though it snowed all the days of our stay, we didn't understand cold at all.

Great place and great people. The house was really spacious and Anna had thought of every detail and we didn`t have to worry about anything. It was just a 5 minute drive from the city of Igoumenitsa and within 20 minutes you could be in any of the beautiful beaches around the area or in the cities near Igoumenitsa. Great choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the great beaches the area offers.

The house was very comfortable and clean in front of a park and next to all parts of the city!! Sophia made us feel at home. It was perfect!!! Thanks for everything!!

Clean, cozy apartment, despite the fact that it is a penthouse, with all amenities, and private parking in the center of Trikala. What else can you ask for?

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. beautiful apartment in quiet residential area. Kitchen well equipped. not far from Supermarket in one direction and the beaching the other. Panios assisted very quickly when we needed help I would highly recommend this place and would go again

The apartment was a great choice for our stay. It was clean, tidy and functional, with comfortable spaces and a well-equipped kitchen that met our basic needs. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. Although we traveled in the winter, the heating was efficient and the space kept warm and pleasant. Its location was particularly convenient as it was close to the center but generally without disturbing noise. The apartment building was relatively modern, with good frames that contributed to the quiet. The view to the lake was very beautiful and the fireplace added a warm, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our experience. In addition, the host was kind and helpful, willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, the apartment met our expectations and our stay was pleasant.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. Worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

The place is even more beautiful than appears to be in the picture; the property has an amazing view to the sea, well preserved, located in the middle of olive trees that offers you the shadow you need in the middle of a hot day; the infinity pool is a big plus that makes this place even more impressive. Kostas and his wife are the perfect hosts for the guests, making us feeling welcomed from the moment we arrived there. All in all, we had an amazing time there and we want to come back again in the future.

Such beautiful views and overall a great location for a restful vacation. The villa was very comfortable and felt safe and relatively private.

Our stay at the place was a great experience!!! The house was super clean and tidy, fully functional and fully equipped. There was always space for parking, without any hassle. Our host was very welcoming, considerate, and gave us helpful instructions. In general, I appreciate that our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend the house for anyone who wants to enjoy the area , without the hustle and bustle of more central homes.

The home is gorgeous the views are out of this world . It’s right next to Kathisma beach which is one of my favorite beaches in Lefkada! Also an amazing restaurant called Amente ! Loved every minute of it

The house is as described and as lovely as the photos. The reviews mention the welcome pack which is lovely , with thoughtful bits, ice, bread, juice, milk etc . It’s close to Nidri but also lovely restaurants at the bottom of the hill on the sea front. Easy to drive to Lefkada, Sivota and the west side. I didn’t meet Lydia in person but she was super helpful with all my enquiries, her father met us on arrival and was really helpful. The views are spectacular and the house was peaceful. Had an amazing stay, thank you!

An amazing villa. Nice and private located up the hill overlooking Nydri. Thr views are simply breathtaking, particularly at sunrise. The villa is modern and brilliantly equipped for all self catering needs, especially the kitchen and bbq area. The pool is also fantastic, well maintained, and many happy hours were spent in the pool in our stay. Only 10 minutes down hill from Nydri with port, restaurants, shops and small supermarkets. Very accessible to other parts of the island too. Simone was a great host. She was flexible when we were a little early for check in and personalky met and welcomed us. A very generous welcome hamper awaited - much better than anywhere else we have ever stayed. Plenty of large towels, including additional pool towels. We did experience an island-wide water shortage and Simone responded immediately and helped us as soon as was possible. I highly recommend Simone as a host and her property. Book it! You will not regret it!
