An Idylic, beautiful and ideal place to unwind. To get to the town or around the island, a car is important. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within reasonable distance but in hot weather a/c in the vehicle is very useful. Marina and her husband are kind and helpful and maintain a serene haven with fair applied rules for the pool and rooms. A perfect base for exploring the island. In all, it would have been the perfect holiday for me, a septuagenarian, solo traveller, and if it wasn't for the problem at the beginning with the double booked room, for which Marina apologised profusely, it would have been perfect. I will still go back again but I will check with Marina that my room is available next time.

The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

This apartment is honestly heaven, don’t even think, just book!! It’s incredible in every way - the finishings are immaculate, the view has to be seen in person, it’s the best sunset view you’ll get! The showers were amazing, the bed was so comfortable and smart tvs in both rooms The concierge Eva was really nice and was very attentive for anything we needed - booking restaurants and taxis etc. Lefkada is so beautiful and the nearby town of Agios Nikitas is so lovely with the most beautiful beach. Kathisma beach immediately down from the villa is also amazing - we walked down in 18 mins and would recommend! A steep walk back up but it’s not too bad Lefkada is a hidden gem and feel very lucky we got to experience it in this unbelievable villa, we didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure!

Well, Its hard to explain this house in words. You have to visit to experience it ..The views , house, amenities.. all are extremely well and organized. Beyond that, the way kostas and team prepared this ABB to perfection considering families, is beyond commendable!! Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is accessible in the apartment. Very specific, how the kitchen is equipped and organized is amazing. I have been using ABB for past several years and never come across such amazing ABB experience The only regret is, we should’ve stayed for more days. I should also say a few words about Lefkada. This island (though connected) is spectacular !! The landscape, views , blue turquoise ocean, food and most important , the people are worth mentioning. We have experienced the true Greek hospitality!! Thanks John

Doreta is one of the most welcoming hostes we've ever met! The villa is absolutely beautiful. we had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come again!

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay ! The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal - close to restaurants, cafes and beaches. The absolute highlight was the spectacular terrace with the private pool and the incredible view that left us speechless - we enjoyed every moment there, from the morning coffee to the evening wine overlooking the sunset. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, always available to answer questions and recommend places to visit in the area. It was a great value. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. A lovely place to stay. Having the lovely terrace was fabulous. I would definitely recommend. Host lovely, there if we needed anything and we felt welcomed along with having privacy (she lives downstairs )

We absolutely loved our stay in Raxa! The house is truly unique and full of charm — you can tell the owner has put so much thought and care into every detail. From the cozy decor to the thoughtfully chosen amenities, everything felt welcoming. The host was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The location is also fantastic, just a short drive to Meteora, making it a perfect base if you have a car. A wonderful, peaceful spot with a lot of heart. Highly recommended!

We were a group of five people travelling to visit Greek family in the area for Easter holiday. We stayed five days in this beautiful and convenient house. We enjoyed everything so much! The house is relatively new and the standard is high. All rooms have airconditions (/heating) and the house has everything you would need; three bedrooms (two with double beds, and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The location is excellent, with sea view and with a three-five walking distance to cafés and restaurants in Menidi. The house was very clean, and check-in and check-out was easy; the owner's daughter met us to show us the house and give us the keys. Thank you so much ! We would definitely rent again next time we will visit our family.

Very good bed, pleasant to shower and have a drink in the evening. Close to the sea and parking on site. Plenty of peace and quiet. Restaurants and shops nearby, walking distance. Beautiful excursions possible at a short distance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A stunning little apartment in the historic center of Ioannina! Dimitris was very welcoming and flexible with our check-in, and we felt right at home (they even provided cookies from the local bakery). Would come back anytime, this was the perfect stay for our Easter weekend. :)
