Monthly Rentals in Arrowhead

A roommate and I stayed for a month at Ellen's place to attend a training session in Fort Collins. It was so nice to be able to come back to a place that felt comfortable like home when we weren't at training. Ellen was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a very nice stay

I stayed at Jeff's place for a little over a month with my little beagle Shelby and we had a wonderful time. The home and yard are even nicer than the pictures and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The proximity to Old Town is wonderful and it was easy to get out to I25 when I needed to travel to other parts of Colorado. My friends who came to visit appreciated how close the home is to New Belgium, Odell's, the OCB Wine Project and Breckenridge Brewery. Jeff was very responsive with questions I had and the folks in the neighborhood were friendly.

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

This is a great place to stay. It is decorated nice, it is clean, is private, has everthing you need for an extended stay, and the location is perfect. It is a short walk to Old Town. We stayed for a month and have absolutely nothing negative to say.
