Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

This apartment is a dream. The area is super central. Just a few steps from Taksim Square. The host is incredibly nice and greets all guests personally. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you would need at home. We definitely felt at home! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We've already booked this apartment twice and would do so a third time. Thanks, Ilker!

The flat itself is well designed, the terrace covered and larger than expected. All decorated in a tasteful, zen fashion. Personally I don't think the pictures did it justice, it is actually quite large. The beds were large and obviously new and so comfortable. The area felt secure and all the shopkeepers were helpful (but if you don't speak the language, a good deal of mime helps). And the Metro Osmandby gets you to all the right places quickly, taxis are cheap but there is such a lot of it, and the metro is fast, cheap and air conditioned. So is the flat, but I don't think we used it more than once but it wasn't needed, but if the weather was hotter, I am sure the air con is strong enough to fight. This is a dream of a flat, a community and you feel that you have had a proper Turkish/Istanbul. Thank you so much for something that fit our expectations like a glove. Wij zijn een gezin van 6 met 4 tiener kids. Wij hebben meer ruimte nodig dan een doorsnee hotelkamer wanneer we meerdere dagen in een stad zijn. Het appartement was op dat vlak super. Het app ligt in een leuke wijk, heel centraal en heeft een fantastisch zicht op de Bosphorus en Aziatische kant. Het app is ruim, heeft 2 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en 1 slaapkamer met een enkel bedje waar je onderaan nog eens een onderkant kan uittrekken om nog een slaaphelft te maken maar dat zijn erg dunne matrassen. Onze zoon heeft op een matras op de grond geslapen. De staat van het appartement was iets minder dan ik had verwacht. Je ziet schade van vocht, een brandje die er moet geweest zijn, de ramen en deuren naar het terras sluiten wel af maar lijken makkelijk open te breken. Ik had wel een beetje schrik dat men makkelijk via terras binnen kon komen. Toegang tot het app ENKEL via heel veel trappen, meer dan 150. Niet met auto bereikbaar. Heel leuk verblijf maar telkens al die trappen...

We hebben een super verblijf gehad. Tuba was super behulpzaam, betrokken en reageerde snel. Het was een perfect appartement met een super mooi uitzicht. We hebben een super goede tijd gehad!

Can’t recommend Canberk’s place enough! An absolutely beautiful, super spacious flat in possibly the best location in Istanbul right in the heart of Kadikoy / Moda. Responses we’re extremely prompt and helpful :) Thanks so much Canberk and Dogan, will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb im Fatih-Viertel von Istanbul. Die Lage war ideal, um die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf alle Fragen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen authentischen Aufenthalt in Istanbul sucht. 

Super Wohnung. Für mich eine perfekte Lage in Moda. Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Bei Fragen ist der Host wirklich immer sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨

너무 편안하고 경치도 좋고 숙소도 좋아서 더 있고 싶었습니다! 하지만 일정때문에 더 머물지 못해 아쉽지만 나중에 근처 방문하게 되면 믿고 다시 예약할 수 있을 것 같습니다
