Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arnavutköy

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

We felt very comfortable! The terrace is beautiful with the view of the Black Sea. The apartment is very spacious. We felt like part of the family, because Feyza's parents are very sweet and helpful!

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

We felt very comfortable in Omer's house. It is extremely spacious, tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location of the apartment in the Balat neighborhood is extremely beautiful. We found it one of the most interesting districts in Istanbul. In case of small difficulties, Omer was always immediately available and solved the problem, communication was pleasant and fast. We would come back any point!

This apartment is a dream. The area is super central. Just a few steps from Taksim Square. The host is incredibly nice and greets all guests personally. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you would need at home. We definitely felt at home! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We've already booked this apartment twice and would do so a third time. Thanks, Ilker!

The flat itself is well designed, the terrace covered and larger than expected. All decorated in a tasteful, zen fashion. Personally I don't think the pictures did it justice, it is actually quite large. The beds were large and obviously new and so comfortable. The area felt secure and all the shopkeepers were helpful (but if you don't speak the language, a good deal of mime helps). And the Metro Osmandby gets you to all the right places quickly, taxis are cheap but there is such a lot of it, and the metro is fast, cheap and air conditioned. So is the flat, but I don't think we used it more than once but it wasn't needed, but if the weather was hotter, I am sure the air con is strong enough to fight. This is a dream of a flat, a community and you feel that you have had a proper Turkish/Istanbul. Thank you so much for something that fit our expectations like a glove. I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

We had a great stay. Tuba was super helpful, engaged and quick to respond. It was a perfect apartment with a super nice view. We had a super good time!

Can’t recommend Canberk’s place enough! An absolutely beautiful, super spacious flat in possibly the best location in Istanbul right in the heart of Kadikoy / Moda. Responses we’re extremely prompt and helpful :) Thanks so much Canberk and Dogan, will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the Fatih district of Istanbul. The location was ideal for exploring the historic sights of the city. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic stay in Istanbul.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thanks to Lisa for hosting us. The apartment is ideal for 2 or 3 people for a sunny stay in Istanbul. The apartment is perfect for a short trip. Beautiful decoration, quiet, good location, furnished. There is also access to a terrace with exceptional views of the Bosphorus. The apartment is in a great location. I highly recommend it.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

You will have everything you need for your stay. Good location, great apartment and helpful host! Totally recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

This is the second time we stay with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Within walking distance there is a large 3M Migros supermarket. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨

It was so comfortable, the scenery was nice, and the accommodation was nice, so I wanted to stay more! However, it's a pity that I couldn't stay longer because of the schedule, but I think I can trust and book again if I visit nearby in the future.
