The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Very nice place to stay if you visit Istanbul, quiet neighbourhood, close to bus stop. And the landlady is very friendly and responsive, the apartment is very clean, would recommend 10/10!!!

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

The house was completely in line with the descriptions. There were multiple people available for communication, which was reassured to know that we could get support at any time. The kitchen had everything needed; we comfortably prepared meals even with a large group. Mr. Sinan was understanding and quick to communicate; he provided an immediate solution to all our questions. Ideal for large teams: Everyone was happy with large spaces, equipped kitchen and common rooms. Thanks to our sincere attention and care, we had a smooth holiday. Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

The apartment is fantastic for spaciousness, views and extra services such as heated pool-sauna-gimnasio. Fatih is an excellent host who is always ready to help and gives you anything you need. Totally recommended

It was such a good stay that it was a shame I only stayed one night. It's near the airport, it's nice to be able to stay at a reasonable price, and it's equipped with all the necessary facilities. There is a nice mosque, delicious restaurants, and grocery stores right in front. The host always responds quickly and sincerely to messages, helping to prevent any problems between check-in and check-out. It was a perfect stay.

I had a fantastic experience at Hüseyin's spacious apartment! It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. The self-check-in was seamless, and Hüseyin’s communication was excellent. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

Quiet Place with many shops and cafes. Far away from tourism places but easy to reach and engage.

It was a good place for me and my family. A bit secluded, and inconvenient if you dont rent a car. We had to rely on Nevzat and his friends to get us taxis to go places, but luckily they were very helpful with this

Our stay at Greenhouse Airport was great! A peaceful and immaculate place in nature. Thanks to both the calmness of the environment and the comfort of the house, we had a really enjoyable experience. Every detail of the house was thoughtfully thought out and very clean. The host, Mr. Kubilay, was also very caring and hospitable, we really felt at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is in touch with nature, who is looking for a calm but also easy-to-reach place with peace of mind. We would definitely love to stay again!
