beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Tucked away in nature, the location is peaceful, serene, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Waking up to the sounds of birds was a beautiful experience. The villa itself is tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. We especially loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying our morning coffee with stunning views of the surrounding greenery. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even gave us great local recommendations, which made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat surrounded by nature, this is the place. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Very central location, yet quiet. Right on the sea. Nice cozy terrace. Good amenities. Everything very clean. quick friendly contact. Highly recommend for small groups.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was very responsive and welcoming, with good local recommendations. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Istanbul!

This apartment is one of the best rentals I have seen, with everything perfectly clean, well supplied and comfortable. The building is in a beautiful neighborhood and on a particularly well situated street... very quiet but still close to the lively areas nearby where there is an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, coffee houses, bars, art studios and tourist attractions. The hosts are responsive, prompt and polite. Thanks so much for a perfect stay!

Firath really helped us the truth. before his house, we went through a very bad experience in Istanbul. we tell him what happened to us and he helped us a lot, he was very attentive even improved the standards of home cleaning for us. the truth we are very happy with his treatment and even more of his home.

Mr. Laith was very helpful, easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment is nice, the building is safe and has a coffee place. Overall great experience:)

This is the ideal place if you’re a group of 3-5 people. Even with a full house it would still be exceptionally spacious. Very walkable neighborhood and close to everything. Great AC for those sultry Istanbul nights. But the thing that really stood out to me is what a great person Eyup is! I ended up going to a concert with him and his girlfriend the second night I was there. This is someone you can really reach out to as your host but after this stay I will no longer call him my host. Definitely my friend.
