the host was a very nice lady. the place very clean and a 10 minute ride from the airport. I recommend this place if you need to rest your head. cheaper than paying for hotel at the airport

Celal was a great host. He accommodated my last minute stay and personally welcomed me in the late night after 10PM. The electric heater warmed the room nicely, which was a huge plus. Located directly across the street from the beach, you can easily enjoy the northern coast. Recommend.

A clean and tidy apartment with a great view. It has 3 air conditioners and it was cold enough. The house was very close to the market and restaurants. I rented 2 apartments for my family and I was very satisfied. I would stay when I come to Istanbul again.

The apartment is quite swanky. It’s a quiet type of luxury and central location, easy to catch public transport (taxi/bus) from and 15-30 mins walking to the local shops/restaurants. The premises is secure with gated security, whom are incredibly friendly once you become familiar. Because there’s lots of exposure to the sun, the space gets excellent natural lighting, and the air conditioning system keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. I originally made the reservation because I flew to Türkiye because of a family medical emergency, and I was able to book and check in the same day arriving at the airport. My handicapped relative was able to access the building easily after being discharged from the hospital. Would recommend for small groups or families (3-4 people).

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Perfect place to stay In Kadikoy. Close to ferries, buses metro, and bus to airport. Great bakery and grocery stores plus so much more. Got to climb some stairs but well worth it. Oh did I say the washing machine was really convenient too?

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

This apartment is fantastic. The space is large and full of character. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The location cannot be beat - it is on a quiet, charming street very close to Galata Tower and the metro. A small elevator made it easy to get luggage upstairs. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I will definitely choose this place on my next visit.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Mr. Tevfik was extremely caring. He thought of all the needs at home and even more. The view and location of the house is great. The house was clean, definitely recommended. I couldn't find anything to break the score, frankly.😁
