Family-friendly vacation rentals in Arlanza

Great property for large groups. The surroundings are stunning and its extremely peaceful. The amenities of Riaza are not far away and there are lots of things to do in and around the house itself, so its a great option for families with children. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for our group of 21. There are only 3 bathrooms and only 2 with showers so if you have a large group, that can be an issue. However, I'm being fussy. This is still a great option and I would definitely recommend it.

Laura is the perfect host! She is as helpful as anybody! Laura always goes the extra mile to make it as easy as possible for you. And the house is very nice too! Cozy rooms, a lot of space and very good mattresses! The location is amazing. Very quite but very near to Burgos. About 10 Minutes to the next big mall. And around 15 Minutes to the inner city of Burgos.

We stayed with a group of 12 friends and enjoyed it a lot. The house is super hot and very spacious. Recommended!

Key features: The house is beautifully beautiful with beautiful views over a green valley, surrounded by wooded hills/ mountains. Deer, wolf and various birds seen from the living room. Very quiet environment, pure nature. The spacious house is modern and luxuriously furnished with, for example, a hot tub, massage chair and a stargazer. On three sides there are (very) large windows, which makes you feel like you are in the middle of nature. Sitting outside is also possible. There is a terrace and there is plenty of space (grass) next to the house. Parking is on private property. The friendly owner speaks good English. Good internet. Clean? Good, but not perfect. Cons: The maintenance leaves something to be desired. There is a lot of damage. The stove top has only two burners (induction, though). The pros clearly outweigh the cons. So we could also recommend this house to friends.

The house is newly renovated,ñ, with all kinds of equipment (both in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and is located in a perfect place to visit the Ribera del Duero. Eva is also a super attentive person who helps as much as possible. I will definitely be back!!

We spent a weekend as a group and the experience was very good. It is a very spacious and comfortable house, and due to its large size, the privacy of all guests is respected. Its immense viewpoint of Sepúlveda and its large plot with garden and bbq make it worth the stay. Alejandro was very attentive and was available at all times to answer our questions. Highly recommended

An amazing weekend in Valladolid. We were super happy with the attention received, the location and the good conditions of the accommodation, even left us a detail for our chihuahua. Totally recommended!!!

A good stay at the house. Centrally located apartment with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Burgos.

It was a flawless stay, no detail was missing. You feel at home. Clean, well-kept, tidy, full kitchen. We didn't have much time and we weren't able to fully enjoy the outside of the accommodation, but the inside and the game room allowed us to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Cristina was available at all times. We definitely would repeat. Thank you Cristina for having such a nice and well-kept house. Warm regards

Awesome and well maintained house. Each room has its own bathroom. Perfect place for a family getaway. Cristina always helped us and left us the guard phone in case we needed anything. All facilities. To keep in mind that the price of the heating was not included in the final price indicated by airbnb, which was a small surprise. We're excited to be back!

The truth is that everything is very good ,although in the last days the weather does not accompany much,the pools and the txiringuito is great

Amazing place to be with Alfonso being a great host. The house is as in the photos, we stayed for a couple of days and were able to disconnect and did some activities in the region. Would definitely recommend if you want a break from the city life !

Pilar was lovely, kind and attentive from the first moment we booked the cottage. The place was spotless and is an excellent and cozy home to spend a few days as a couple, with family or friends. Pilar is a fantastic host who recommends places to visit or plans you can make in the area. We order a mildew on the recommendation of Pilar and it was exquisite. Also Tubilla del Lago is a village with charming people. We had a lovely weekend with friends!

We've been very comfortable. Lourdes was helpful at all times and very good communication. The house is spectacular, too bad about the weather and not being able to enjoy the garden so much, because it is a real wonder. Thank you for everything Lourdes! We'll be back!
