Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

The place was excellent, the view was second to none! Requesting Feroz to fry up some massive prawn and seafood was one of our highlights….highly recommend staying at the Outrigger!!!

The place is at the centre of all the spots that we wanted to cover around Wayanad. Be it Banasura dam, Chembra trek, Edekkal caves, Soochipara falls. Also it has nearby Petrol pump, since we used 2-wheeler to roam around and good restaurants in the vicinity. The caretaker was very helpful and provided us with necessary instructions to travel around. The place is exactly what is described in the photos. We had some issues with the wifi, but caretaker was helpful in resolving this. Overall it was a great stay.

The individual house is really clean, neat and sharp. The location is also a plus point with an absolute stunning Hill view. George was very welcoming, chill and responsive guy. Overall a perfect spot for a weekend stay with a amazing view.

Our group of four friends had an amazing three-day stay, enjoying the perfect blend of serenity and comfort. The property, surrounded by nature, allowed us to relax, sing, enjoy barbecues, and take peaceful walks, all while soaking in the stunning views. The host was outstanding, offering exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay, from helping with our itinerary to transportation. His kindness truly made our experience special. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking relaxation and nature. It's the perfect spot to recharge and disconnect from the daily grind. We’ll definitely return for a longer stay next time! 10/10!

Good place to stay . Care taker near by in case we need any thing . All kitchen utensils were present and 2 rooms also had A/C

Fawaz is a great host, very proactive and responsive. This listing of his is in a remote yet very beautiful location, the waterfall within the property is well maintained, beautiful and very private. He maintains a very good housekeeper too, she served us delicious, authentic Kerala foods at very nominal charge. I highly recommend this place for people visiting waynad. one word of caution, please reach the place before sunset, it is hard to locate.
