It's been a wonderful experience in every way. Nicolai and Cinthia were super nice, attentive and made us feel at home. The pool is spectacular and the games they have made us spend some very pleasant and fun times. In addition, they recommended places to visit and eat that were a success! We will definitely repeat!

The stay at the house was wonderful. We felt better than at home. Rebecca was attentive at all times. We were very comfortable and felt in very good hands. Even after leaving, he took the trouble to send us a bath item we had forgotten. Thank you so much for everything, Rebeca.

Great property for large groups. The surroundings are stunning and its extremely peaceful. The amenities of Riaza are not far away and there are lots of things to do in and around the house itself, so its a great option for families with children. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for our group of 21. There are only 3 bathrooms and only 2 with showers so if you have a large group, that can be an issue. However, I'm being fussy. This is still a great option and I would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation was very cozy, and the area very quiet. Quite close to Cuenca and with good recommendations from the host. Perfect for couples looking for a direct disconnection from large urban areas.

Very well functional designed, making optimal use of the spaces. Very estheticly simply designed and very cosy. The garden beautifully incorporates wild and domesticated vegetation on quite a large landscape. I could very well see myself coming back whenever I want a holiday in Madrid area, with a rental car.

From the first moment, the host answered my messages quickly, clearly and with interest. The area is close to a lot of places for outdoor activities, such as snacking, taking a dip, eating well, playing sports... The neighbors are very nice and the views are impeccable. Recommended 100%!

We went to spend a weekend with a family with a pet and we were very comfortable,despite the bad weather we were able to take advantage of at home with games they had,the house was very clean and had everything to cook,the only hit that some mattress sank a little to sleep but otherwise everything was great. Cristina is very kind at all times, I recommend it!

The place had everything and was spotless. Jose was very kind and attentive to us, and he helped us with everything we needed. The house is located in the middle of a hill and is accessed by stairs. Although it has a supermarket and a bus stop 5-10 minutes walking, the area is not pedestrian and you have to walk by road. Even so, it is a very quiet place with beautiful views, ideal for hiking.

Enrique's house is very spacious and cozy. We were a group of 10 people and there was plenty of space everywhere. The whole house is renovated and 100% equipped, it was ideal. The only downside is that there are quite a few bugs all over the house, especially flies. His mother's house is attached to the house, it hasn't been an inconvenience at all, but it's not described in the listing. The house is very nice.

We stayed at Guadalupe's house this May holiday weekend and we felt right at home. The weather was not good, so we had to be inside the house almost all the time, and it was great. We've been super comfortable, because the living room and kitchen are super spacious. We felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great, very clean pool. The perfect barbecue equipment. Everything is very clean, the house, you have all kinds of kitchen utensils. very good weather, it is very comfortable. Very comfortable, just like at home. Air conditioning throughout the house. I recommend it 100% and would repeat.

We had a family weekend at the house and it met all our expectations. Patricia left us a crib and a high chair. The house is rustic and has everything you need to spend a few days. It has several rooms and bathrooms as explained in the listing, and two of these rooms are larger and independent, ideal for couples with babies. In front of the house there is a garden with lawn and BBQ area. Patricia has been very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

It's been a wonderful stay! From the beginning, they were in communication with us and available for any questions or concerns. The setting where the house is located is beautiful and very pleasant, a very quiet area surrounded by nature. It includes entrance to the swamp beach and we spent the whole Saturday there. The house is on the last street of the development, it takes longer to get there but that makes the place have better views and be more beautiful. It is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything and is exactly as shown in the photos. The porch is great to be there when it's not too hot. We went with a baby, and he was very comfortable both in the house and on the lawn in the yard. And in the village there is a supermarket and good restaurants. If we can, we'll do it again!
