Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ararat Province

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Arpine and Gok have been an absolute delight. They have met us upon our arrival and showed the house and explained everything. They were so nice and so helpful, i must say one of my best experiences with renting on airbnb. The house was gorgeous, and looked just like the photos if not better. We were very comfortable and the walk up was a breeze. The location is perfect and close to everything, walkable distance to pretty much anything. It is the perfect location to rent in Yerevan center. I highly suggest this apartment, next time we come back we will absolutely rent from them again! Every question we had during our stay they have helped us and were very quick with their replies. Also worth mentioning once more how tastefully the apartment was done and how good it looked!

Встретил нас даже чуть раньше, чем мы изначально договаривались, провел экскурсию по квартире и познакомил с местными бытовыми реалиями :) Несмотря на небольшой размер квартиры, нам вполне хватило места. Большая комната удачно разделена на две зоны, а решение со столешницей в проеме между кухней и комнатой создает отличное рабочее место для двоих. Мы отлично провели неделю с видом на оживленную ереванскую улицу. Рядом есть все: автобусная остановка, кофе-пойнт, паб, круглосуточный магазин, ресторан и несколько банков. Такси редко приходилось ждать больше пяти минут. Хозяину спасибо за теплый прием, а новым постояльцам — рекомендасьон!

Vahe was a kind, attentive and very responsive host. The apartment was very clean, in a perfect location 7 mins walk to the Cascade, with everything you might need (including tea, coffee, spices etc.) The only downsides were: the design was a bit dated, and the flat was on the 5th floor without a lift (but as a fit person I didn't mind + it was 100% compensate by mind-boggling views of the mountains from the rooftop terrace! I wish we had stayed there in the summer to enjoy more time outside.)

Отличное место как для приватного отдыха, так и для исследования Еревана и окрестностей. До центра можно добраться за 15 минут на такси. В доме есть большой и чистый бассейн, удобная мангальная зона, сауна работает хорошо. Пять комнат позволяют разместить большое количество гостей. С балконов открывается прекрасный вид на город. В целом, в доме есть все необходимое, а хозяин приветлив и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить: в одной ванных комнат был повреждён смеситель и в душе не регулировалась вода. Также, не хватает более плотных штор - после восхода солнца в спальнях много света, нужны маски для сна.
