Nice and quiet little accommodation, center of Arcachon 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot. Pascale is charming and attentive. Very pleasant stay.

A charming apartment. As it is the penthouse, it has a sloping roof like the roof. The windows are also in the ceiling, which lets in light and is beautiful. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious. The kitchen comes equipped and in the living room there are even board games and DVDs in case it rains and you want to spend the afternoon there. A great location just outside, you are in the center with plenty of options for dinner

The studio is very confortable, and perfectly matched the description. kitchen is well equipped. It is a calm place, very close to the beach. I highly recommend the stay at this place.

We felt right at home. We were 2 couples and a 3-year-old boy. The location is unbeatable, the apartment has all the amenities you may need for the day and the area is amazing. A luxury to have been able to spend a few days here. We'll do it again for sure!

Great stay, everything as described and the perfect location

We had a great time at Jocelyne and her husband's house with our 18-month-old baby. The accommodation is clean, uncluttered and functional, we did not lack anything in terms of equipment. The wifi can sometimes be broken, but that's the goal of the holidays! Hosts are responsive, gentle, welcoming, and accommodating. The garden is great to enjoy the outdoors with a baby without the rush on the beach (necessarily on a 5-day WE;)) However, being very close to the main street, the parking lot behind can bring some noise disturbances (which remain reasonable). We will be happy to return to this peaceful retreat proposed by Jocelyne and her husband.

Really very pleasant family stay in this adorable and beautiful house! Everyone had their privacy. Large garden where we were able to play ping pong, do an egg hunt, rest, eat on the terrace... No overlook. Ample car car car. Thank you for hosting Jean-Christophe who kindly arranged us for the check-in time, who was responsive to messages. Had a fab family holiday, the house and pool were beautiful. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, but it's only a short walk into the town. A very hot week and a half, so the pool was well used every day! Someone came by every few days to put the pool cleaner machine in and to top up the water. Good size bedrooms and upstairs bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use the lounge area very much as we were outdoors most of the time, but it was also beautifully decorated. Pasties on arrival were a welcome treat! Wouldn't hesitate to return for another holiday. Thank you Mamesse!

Rental totally as advertised. The exceptional view from the apartment makes all the difference, getting up with ocean views and watching the sunset every night, just amazing. What to say about the sound of the waves! The apartment is also very well decorated. Great stay.

Everything was great. We were a group of friends for a weekend and everything was great. The area is very quiet. The only problem was that the check-in instructions were somewhat confusing.

This is a lovely apartment in an incredible location and Mikel was a great host. He was out of town when we arrived but his mother met us to let us in and was delightful. We had a beautiful time watching the sunset and surfers from the balcony.
