Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

Jessica was a great host always responding quickly and efficiently to any queries. We loved the accommodation. We visited with 2 grown up children and their partners as well as a baby. There was more than ample space for everyone and the kitchen/dinning area was a fantastic social space where everyone was able to gather, cook, relax, play games etc. The village itself seemed quite quiet, but the coast, beaches, supermarkets etc were easily reachable within a 10 minute drive. We hadn’t visited this area before, had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation. A very easy 5 star review!

Garden Cottage is a perfect family home for a trip away with everything you could need to feel at home. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a fantastically equipped kitchen and sociable open plan dining area and a very cosy lounge. The garden was great for the children and we were just a short drive from the amazing Saunton Sands beach. The bedrooms were all super comfy and everyone slept well. Thank you to Kevin for making everything so easy.

The place was clean and peaceful, and the host provded clear instructions for access. We were able to walk into Braunton and the host provided some great recommendations for food. We had a lovely stay.

Wow, the most incredible house. We rented Heather Down for the celebration of my parents 60th Wedding anniversary. There were 12 of us of varying ages and this house was perfect for us all. It had everything we needed and is very well thought out. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes. The rooms are all stunning and the view from the huge living room windows is something you could sit and stare at all day. A couple of small issues we had were sorted very quickly with great communication. We were lucky to have the most beautiful weather all week which was a huge bonus and allowed us to sit on the terrace and watch the sea and surfers while having a drink and bbq. We have had the most incredible family week and would all go back in a heartbeat

Beautiful stay! Very close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Helen provided some great recommendations, we tried 4 restaurants she suggested and they were all great. The flat was spacious, had a beautiful view and good amenities. While staying we also took a drive to Woolacombe, Instow, Clovelly and a boat trip to Lundy which were all very much enjoyed. Thank you.

Lovely bright and clean accommodation in a peaceful neighbourhood. Short walk into the town with cafes, pubs and shops all within a couple of minutes. The host was helpfulf and responsive with some great local recommendations and will definitely visit again!

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

Just had another great stay with Alison. The apartment was spotless as always. It is well equipped and Alison is such a great host. She is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask.

We have stayed at Jackie's place multiple times to visit family and enjoy North Devon. It's a great location with pleasant views and in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short walk to Lidl and the town. We can't fault it, especially when the weather is gorgeous. Jackie is a thoughtful, responsive and gracious host. We look forward to our next visit to this comfortable and convenient flat.

Well presented, maintained and fully appointed comfy home away from home, in the hub of the harbour yet set into a tranquil hidy hole out of the madding crowd (with a cracking little view north to wales affording photogenic sunsets and sunrises - and even a pair of binoculars supplied to view the crabbers, ships and birdlife - framed by French doors onto the balcony). Very proactive host - Would love to visit the Sailors Delight again!

We loved our stay and would definitely come back! my 14 year old daughter was already having feelings of nostalgia and missing the place on the 2nd day :) the location was perfect and the place met all of our needs with the addition of the tennis court just to top it off. 30th December 2024 - 2nd January 2025 We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Helen's beautiful quiet, private Bolt Hole. We loved the decor and had everything we needed to make our stay just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Ilfracombe just a 2 minute walk into town and visiting the many recommendations Helen gave us. Thank you so much Helen

Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with amazing views of the bay from the large patio windows and balcony. Adie is a lovely host, thinking of everything to make it such comfortable accommodation. We have just returned from our third visit and hopefully it won’t be our last.

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We had a lovely comfortable 3 nights at Lynbridge House. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. There are plenty of beautiful walks from the apartment... The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the kitchen is well equipped....just what you need on a holiday!!! We will definitely book again when we visit the area.

We had an excellent stay at Emma’s place, slightly biased because of gorgeous weather! Her instructions to locate the property were clear, helpful and needed, as it’s not easy to find otherwise. The Snug is very comfortable and surprisingly well equipped for a small apartment especially the kitchen. It is also nicely decorated and furnished, jaunty seaside vibe? We parked close by after 6 when it’s free and generally departed for the day before 10 when it’s paid parking. Small tip, if planning a day trip to Lundy as we did (and would recommend!) take your car to the long stay car park nearby where it costs £3.50 for a full day and then it’s a 10 min walk to the jetty for the ferry. The Snug is within easy walking distance of the town centre. All in all, highly recommended for either a solo traveler or a couple.

Had a lovely stay at Topside. Viki was a perfect host leaving out a box of Cornish biscuits, milk, tea & coffee and some lovely wild flowers. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable & homely stay and Viki had thought of everything. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 min walk to Bude town with all its restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and beautiful summerleaze beach. We look forward to booking again in the near future

Hosts were really responsive and helped out with changes to dates. House was incredible and location was stunning. Really quite location and easy reach of all amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks to John and his team

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !
