The lovingly furnished 3rd 5 room vacation home in the middle of nature, high above the Neckertal offers a magnificent panoramic view with all-round visibility. It is quietly located and you can relax well in the garden, by the tiled stove or fireplace. It has free Wi-Fi and is also suitable for home office. The Neckertal is a romantic, dreamy valley with many hiking and biking opportunities and is located between the two tourist destinations Appenzellerland and Toggenburg.

In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.

Relax and unwind in the 200 year old historic gardener's cottage. Idyllically located on the edge of the forest and a few minutes' walk to the village center. Ideal for 2 adults. Beautiful garden, fireplace for cozy evenings, breakfast by arrangement (for an extra fee), e-charging station available at the local rate. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children 6 years and older (on request). Unfortunately, the furnishings are not suitable for small children.

For guest groups of 4+ people the lower floor fireplace area will be available. For guest groups of 6+ people the huts and lower floor lobby will be availabe. For guest groups of 10+ people the entire house will be exclusive private available with one more bedroom at the lower floor. Guests having the entire chalet exclusive private need at least 1 own AWD car during wintertime with good wintertires having more than 7mm profile and chains in reserve.
