We had a great time! So close to the beach and multiple playgrounds for the baby! We really enjoyed our stay 🧡🍂🎃

Great location and the house had everything you need for your stay.

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Both Steve and the cohost were quick to respond as well as working with our check-in schedule, which was most appreciated! Also, the place was better than the pictures could even show as well as all of the amenities, including beach, chairs and beach towels. You literally could go with an overnight bagand be right at home. I will definitely be back this year!

Rosemary’s cottage was exactly as advertised. And, that was pretty great! It was clean, well stocked with all of the necessities and then some, and toasty warm in March's chill. The proximity to the beach could be measured in feet. The sunset could be seen from the living room window but then, with a few steps outside, seen setting right on the ocean’s horizon. In the off season, most restaurants were only open Thursday through Sunday but that’s exactly when we were there so that was just fine! We are eagerly anticipating our return to the cottage both in the off season but also in summer when we can take full advantage of what Wellfleet has to offer.

William was a wonderful host for our family members in town after we had to get them out abruptly from another stay due to a safety concern. He accommodated an early check in and early check out and was very kind in his communications. He even offered a military discount which we so very much appreciated after being out the money from the first stay. The place was larger than it looks from the outside, right by the water and nicely decorated. Backyard would have been great with pets. Very close to all local restaurants and boardwalk! If we have family in town again we will certainly rebook! Thank you again!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was spotless, very clean, beds were comfortable, it was exactly how it is depicted and described. I needed a place to decompress after my dad’s funeral and this was just the place. I traveled with my German Shepherd and we were able to take long walks on the beach right across the street. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and communicated when the place was ready early. Would totally recommend.

Had a great relaxing time, nice short walk to the beach then lots of shade on the back deck in the evenings in the big hot tub. Worked out perfectly for my family plus the grandparents who had their own place!

My only concern was the check out instructions stated in booking and the check out instructions in the room were minimal - we will take care of everything . But at 4 pm I received different check out instructions that included many chores - and as I'm okay with the cleaning and removing linens and garbage , it was not stated that way before. So I was a little confused and did the chores as to not want to follow the house instructions. Might have been an Air BnB thing . Not sure but wanted to let you know. Your house was beautiful and would love to stay there again. Thank you for sharing it with my family.

Great experience! Location was better than I expected! If you stay during the off season {like us} believe Billy when he says the place heats up quickly! Cozy place with great charm! Would absolutely book again! Thanks for hosting us!

We had the most wonderful experience at this charming property! The space was exactly as pictured - even better in person, actually! And to be able to use the sauna after our workouts was amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Our host, Anne, was exceptional. She provided clear check-in instructions and responded quickly to our questions. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Much nicer in person than in the photos. Felt private. Family/kid and dog friendly. Nice outdoor area. House was clean and nicely decorated.

Beautiful spot with a fun vibe! Was able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. Loved the candles. Appreciated that there was a Bluetooth speaker (forgot mine). Staircase could be challenging for some folks, and mind the ceiling on the way up (bumped my head a couple times). Had some next-door AirBnB neighbors but only passed each other a couple times. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Shirley was responsive and incredibly helpful. House was well stocked with all needed, extra THICK LARGE towels and a very comfortable bed. Incredibly clean. I cannot wait to come back. We absolutely loved the space, how cozy and welcoming it was

We loved our stay at KBB & look forward to visiting again! Super clean, well stocked, great communication. Elizabeth left us flowers, a card and delicious donuts from a local bakery ! Fresh fruit and and everything for a nice cup of coffee was also provided. The pool and hot tub were amazing and relaxing. Bed is super comfortable and cute little bar area is a plus as well. Take the trip..and stay at KBB ! You won’t regret it !

What a beautiful place!! The Bungalow was very comfy and everything was well laid out. Dave sent me a lot of information prior to our check in and we knew exactly what to expect. The Bungalow's patio was sooo beautiful!! Private, off the street, shaded, and the perfect place to relax!! It was about 2 blocks from the Sound which was perfect!! I would highly recommend this cute little place!!
