A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Staying with Eleonora was everything we wanted for our group of 13 people and more!Both apartments were modern, well equipped, clean and spacious. We all slept excellently and felt immediately comfortable. The terrace is a great bonus. We were also grateful about the air conditioning. Numerous free parking spaces in front of the door as well as the proximity to the tram were ideal for our group, with different places of origin. The contact with Eleonora was excellent: she was always available, helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this place anytime! Thank you to Eleonora and congratulations on a great place to stay.

We had very nice days in Nuremberg and in Viktor's apartment. Everything worked out really wonderfully and was as we wished. Very clean, nice, small apartment, uncomplicated access, Wi-Fi was great, communication with Viktor and Vera was very reliable and fast and straightforward. So .... we highly recommend this apartment.

The bungalow is very tastefully decorated and of high quality - and even more cozy than the photos suggest. The local hostess, Gabriele (!), greeted us kindly and openly at check-in. We have experienced it as very hospitable, open, and at the same time polite-disclosed. In the bungalow there were homemade cookies, apples and delicious homemade jellies, in the fridge were already waiting for prosecco, water, etc. The bed is wonderful, the living room spacious, cozy and modern, the kitchen really very well (!) equipped, the bathroom spacious and super clean. We could not make use of the garden at the turn of the year because of the weather, but in warmer weather this must also be a dream. We hope to come back soon! 5 stars + in every way!

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)

We had a very nice few days at Gabi's house. It is quietly situated off the road on a rock above Egloffstein. Everything we needed for our stay was available, the kitchen was equipped so that we could cook. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. The communication with Gabi was very friendly and she responded to our very short-term request within a short time. Gabi is a wonderful host! We will be happy to come back.

Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

Apartment super and clean, garden was even better in dry weather: the kids could go out at ground level and play great, very nice terrace! We felt very comfortable, nice and uncomplicated landlady and a really well-equipped apartment, the kids even got a bed-fall protection.

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

Very spacious and cheerfully furnished apartment, we were very well accommodated there with 8 people. A second 'real' bathroom with shower would have been the icing on the cake (there is a second toilet) and the sleeping accommodations are partly in the living room. Therefore, more suitable for a short trip with a large group. Check-in was flexible and all questions were answered quickly and kindly. Absolutely recommended.

Wow! This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. It was first class feeling in a way my wife felt safe and very comfortable while having a unique vibe with the beautiful loft and vaulted wood ceiling. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and we would definitely hope to stay here again!

A nice place to stay overnight in transit with our dreams. It was clean and quiet. Within walking distance of the city center where you can have a drink or eat and in the morning a delicious bakery nearby.

We had a great time at Johannishof. The house is well equipped, very clean and leaves nothing to be desired! We were there in January and enjoyed the sauna, the fireplace and the quaint atmosphere very much. Downtown is within walking distance and the location is still nice and quiet. It was really great and we will definitely be back!
