The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

It has just been renovated and is waiting for its first vacationers 😊 It is a restoration of the rural heritage of Périgord; distribution on several levels. The neighborhood is very quiet; the house is located in a cul-de-sac.
